หลายสิ่งที่เราต้องการในชีวิตไม่สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ถ้าเราไม่มีวินัย – ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการมีสุขภาพรูปร่างที่แข็งแรง การเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศให้ได้ดีเหมือนเจ้าของภาษา หรือการสอบเข้าไปเรียนที่คณะ สาขา และมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียง

นั่นเป็นเพราะว่า ในขณะที่เรากำลังพยายามไขว่คว้าสิ่งเหล่านี้ เราจะเจอกับ “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ที่สามารถทำให้เราไขว้เขวเป็นระยะๆ
.
ถ้าเราไม่มีวินัย เราก็จะไหลไปกับ “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ส่งผลให้เราไม่สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายดังกล่าวได้ (เช่น ถ้าเราต้องการมีสุขภาพรูปร่างที่แข็งแรง แต่เราไม่มีวินัยในการกินการดื่ม เราก็จะไม่มีทางบรรลุเป้าหมายของการมีสุขภาพรูปร่างที่แข็งแรงได้)

ปัญหาก็คือ การที่เราจะมีวินัยได้นั้น มันต้องใช้ “พลังใจ” (willpower) สูงอยู่ไม่น้อย – วันไหนที่ “พลังใจ” เรามีเหลือล้นก็ถือว่าดีไป แต่ถ้าวันไหนที่ “พลังใจ” เราเหือดแห้ง วินัยเราก็จะขาดรุ่งริ่งเลยทีเดียว

ด้วยเหตุนี้ นักจิตวิทยากลุ่มหนึ่งจึงได้พยายามศึกษาหาวิธีที่จะช่วยให้เรามีวินัยได้โดยที่ไม่ต้องใช้ “พลังใจ” จำนวนมากเกินไปนัก

ผลการศึกษาของพวกเขานำมาสู่ “กลยุทธ์” ดังต่อไปนี้ครับ
.
# 1 อย่าพาตัวเองไปอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่เต็มไปด้วย “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ตั้งแต่แรก (เช่น หากเราต้องการมีสุขภาพรูปร่างที่แข็งแรง และเรารู้ว่าตัวเองเป็นคนชอบกิน bakery เราก็ไม่ควรพาตัวเองเดินผ่านร้าน bakery ตั้งแต่แรก)

# 2 จัดการสภาพแวดล้อมให้ “สิ่งยั่วยุ” อยู่พ้นหูพ้นตาเรา (เช่น หากเราต้องการมีสุขภาพรูปร่างที่แข็งแรงและสมาชิกภายในบ้านซื้อ bakery มาเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็น เราก็อาจจะจัดเรียงให้ bakery เหล่านั้นถูกเก็บไว้ด้านในสุดของตู้เย็นเพื่อที่พอเราเปิดตู้เย็นมาหยิบน้ำไปดื่มหรือหยิบวัตถุดิบไปทำอาหาร เราจะได้มองไม่เห็น bakery ดังกล่าวง่ายๆ)

# 3 เมื่อไหร่ก็ตามที่ใจเราเริ่มคิดถึง “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ให้เรารีบเบนความสนใจไปที่เรื่องอื่นให้เร็วที่สุด (เช่น เพลงที่เราชอบฟังหรือหนังที่เราอยากดู) ไม่อย่างนั้น หากเราอนุญาตให้ “สิ่งยั่วยุ” นั้นเข้ามาอยู่ในใจนานๆ มันจะค่อยๆก่อตัวเป็นพายุที่มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นๆๆในใจเรา จนกระทั่งในที่สุด เราก็จะต้านทานมันไม่ไหว
.
# 4 เมื่อไหร่ก็ตามที่ใจเราเริ่มคิดถึง “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ให้เรารีบนึกถึงด้านลบของ “สิ่งยั่วยุ” ดังกล่าวให้เร็วที่สุด (เช่น หากใจเรานึกถึง bakery ให้เรารีบจดจ่อไปที่สุขภาพรูปร่างของเราที่ “เละเทะ” อันเนื่องมาจากผลของการกิน bakery เป็นชีวิตจิตใจ)
.
ผมหวังว่า “กลยุทธ์” เหล่านี้จะช่วยให้ท่านผู้อ่านสามารถมีวินัยในการบรรลุเป้าหมายของแต่ละท่านได้ง่ายขึ้นนะครับ

3. I use non-Google engines like SearXNG or Presearch

My tip to you is just post your thoughts.
Some will gravitate towards it, some offended and others ignore.
Just do you and day by day you will find some meaningful connections along the way.
If you post once month compared to several times per day than just realize it's all about input/ output.
