5月13日，中国—拉美和加勒比国家共同体论坛第四届部长级会议在北京举行，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅，拉共体各成员国外长及代表出席。
王毅说，十年前，习近平主席和拉方领导人共同宣布成立中拉论坛，倡导构建中拉命运共同体。经过十年悉心耕耘，论坛机制已成为中拉平等对话、互利合作的重要平台，为中拉全面合作伙伴关系增添了新内涵，为构建中拉命运共同体注入了新动能。王毅总结了十年来中拉论坛取得的成果。
一是战略互信更加深入。习近平主席先后6次访问拉美和加勒比地区，接待地区各国领导人访华，双方高层互动频繁，不断凝聚团结发展的坚定共识，引领中拉关系进入平等、互利、创新、开放、惠民的新阶段。
二是务实合作持续拓展。截至目前，一揽子融资安排已落实80%以上，中拉基础设施专项贷款已超额完成。双方积极推动“一带一路”倡议同拉方发展战略深入对接，钱凯港、大型工业园等大项目相继落成，新能源、光伏、电动汽车、数字技术、跨境电商等新合作蓬勃开展。
三是友好势能不断增强。中方宣布的政府奖学金、来华培训、“未来之桥”中拉青年领导人千人培训计划等项目已全部落实。中拉科技伙伴计划、中拉文化交流年等活动成功举办，中国“拉美热”和拉美“中国热”同步升温，双向奔赴。

近日，中央网信办、农业农村部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部联合印发《2025年数字乡村发展工作要点》（以下简称《工作要点》）。《工作要点》要求，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述和重要指示精神，全面贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神和中央经济工作会议、中央农村工作会议精神，按照《中共中央 国务院关于进一步深化农村改革 扎实推进乡村全面振兴的意见》的部署要求，深入实施《数字乡村发展战略纲要》，坚持学习运用“千万工程”经验，坚持发挥信息化驱动引领作用，锚定强农惠农富农任务目标，着力推动农业增效益、农村增活力、农民增收入，为加快建设网络强国、推进乡村全面振兴提供坚实支撑。
《工作要点》明确了工作目标：到2025年底，数字乡村发展“十四五”圆满收官。数字技术在确保国家粮食安全、确保不发生规模性返贫致贫中的作用更加彰显。全国行政村5G通达率超过90%，农村地区互联网普及率稳步提升，农业生产信息化率进一步提升，农产品网络零售额持续稳定增长，乡村数字治理效能、信息服务水平不断增强，数字技术加速推动城乡差距缩小、促进城乡融合发展。
《工作要点》部署了9个方面26项重点任务。一是夯实数字乡村发展基础。包括进一步完善农村网络基础设施、加快农村基础设施数智化改造、有序推进涉农数据资源集成共享。二是有力支撑守牢“两条底线”。包括完善粮食安全数字化支撑保障、强化防止返贫致贫网络帮扶举措。三是加快推进智慧农业发展。包括促进智慧农业技术装备创新应用、提升农业全产业链数字化水平。四是壮大乡村新产业新业态。包括推动农村电商高质量发展、因地制宜推动农文旅融合发展、运用数字技术促进农民就业增收。五是繁荣发展乡村数字文化。包括推进乡村文化文物资源数字化、加大乡村公共文化服务数字化供给。六是提升乡村数字治理效能。包括持续推进农村“三务”信息化建设、提升农村社会治理数字化水平、增强农村智慧应急管理能力。七是深化乡村数字普惠服务。包括持续提升乡村教育数字化水平、持续推进乡村数字健康发展、持续深化农村数字普惠金融服务、强化农村特殊人群信息服务保障。八是推进智慧美丽乡村建设。包括深化农村人居环境整治数字化应用、提升农村生态环境保护监管效能。九是统筹推进数字乡村建设。包括加强数字乡村跨部门跨层级协同联动、实施数字乡村强农惠农富农专项行动、完善数字乡村多元化投入保障机制、多措并举培育壮大数字乡村人才队伍、营造数字乡村发展良好环境。

经审理查明：
1996年至2020年，被告人王宜林利用担任新疆石油管理局勘探开发研究院党委副书记、院长，新疆石油管理局党委常委、副局长，中国石油天然气股份有限公司新疆油田分公司党委书记、总经理，中国石油天然气集团公司党组成员、副总经理，中国海洋石油总公司党组书记、董事长，中国石油天然气集团有限公司党组书记、董事长等职务上的便利，为有关个人在职务调整、项目承揽、企业经营等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币3501万余元。
鄂尔多斯市中级人民法院认为，被告人王宜林的行为构成受贿罪，受贿数额特别巨大，应依法惩处。鉴于其到案后如实供述罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿事实，认罪悔罪，积极退赃，涉案赃款赃物已全部追缴，依法可对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（央视新闻）
