See, we already have a model for "healthcare services being offered to impoverished people in, especially, rural areas underserved by insurance" and that is -crisis pregnancy centers-.
which is basically church-backed clinics offering certain basic services, with a heavy evangelical bent, who take vulnerable people who might be pregnant and may legitimately need an abortion and abuse them into giving birth, because of their christian agenda.
So we will absolutely see a proliferation of church-backed, christian-proselytizing, abusive, low-quality clinics spring up that will result in the appearance of healthcare but very little actual care and a lot of abuse.
