Trump just announced something incredible. He's calling it the gold card. Like the failed green card program, it would allow people into this country with a extended residency status. But here's the difference.
They would have to pay $5 million for this status. The target is the highest educated, or the most capable of creating jobs, businesses, that benefit the United States.
1 million participants would equate to $5 trillion.
And they would be vetted before allowed in.
