God's Providence is truly astounding. "He's doing a million things in every little thing he does," as one theologian put it. Truly "working all things together for good, for those who love him, and are called according to his purposes." (Rom. 8:28). He's a weaver, an artist, a conductor, a master architect and builder--"able to do all things, being almighty God; and willing to do them, being a faithful father."
### Heidelberg Catechism: Lord's Day 9
```
Q. 26 - What do you believe when you say,
“I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth”?
A.That the eternal Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who out of nothing created heaven and earth
and everything in them,1
who still upholds and rules them
by his eternal counsel and providence,2
is my God and Father
for the sake of Christ his Son.3
I trust God so much that I do not doubt
he will provide
whatever I need
for body and soul,4
and will turn to my good
whatever adversity he sends upon me
in this vale of tears.5
He is able to do this because he is almighty God;6
he desires to do this because he is a faithful Father.7
