Thanks. I think i understand now. learning a lot of small details here and there as i go through the process.
I never rendered videos before. Not sure what is an acceptable level of quality. did two test still above 10gb a file. which is tooo much.
Audio same thing. i have a 300mb file. podbean only accepts 100mb max.
So lots of small things to learn and adjust to.
At some point i will succeed....

You need to host the files somehow, somewhere, and then you need an RSS feed with essentially links to those files that has to be submitted to to all of these places. Different websites and services exist to help here. I used to use Anchor.fm for this. Spotify owns them now.

Personally to measure inflation I've been using unofficial proxies like ShadowStats, M2 or a custom index that includes energy, shelter, food (meat), and median wage.

有趣的是，可以看到，1935年普通个体对国家这一现象的麻木态度与比如说1500年那时候的人对教会现象的态度如出一辙。那时国家制度还很孱弱，相反，教会制度却十分强大。当时个体如其先辈数代以来所经历的，出生后便归于教会；类似的，今天的个体出生后正式地、明文记载地归于国家。他的祖辈曾纳税供养教会；现在，他纳税供养国家。他曾被要求接受教会的官方教导与理念，遵守其纪律，大体上遵行其指令；而现在，加诸他的是国家的法规。如果他冥顽不灵，教会就对他施以适当的惩戒；现在国家也是如此。尽管如此，作为教会会众的个体和今天作为国家公民的个体，都从未曾追问要求他们效忠的这套制度究竟是什么。制度就是制度。他接受制度对自身的辩护，接受它的存在，认同它的评价。即使50年之后他反抗，不过是以一种教会形式取代了另一种，以加尔文宗、路德宗、茨温利派或者其他什么宗派取代了罗马教宗；同样，现在，国家中的公民以一种国家形态替代另一种。从前，他不曾审视教会制度本身；今天，他也从未检视国家制度本身。
人满足自己需求有且只有两种方法或者途径。一种是财富的生产与交换，即经济的手段。还有一种则是无回报地征用他人劳动创造的财富的方式，即政治的手段。政治手段的惯用手法是采取征服、剥夺、征用以及建立奴隶经济的方式。征服者将征服的土地分配给既得利益者，这些人就通过剥削被奴役的居民的劳动来满足自己的需求。
老话总说，一个制度能否延续，完全取决于民心向背。所谓民心向背，即一套人们思考制度时习惯采用的说法。只要，仅仅只要人们还认同这套说法，该制度就能存活而且维持其权能；若无论出于任何原因，人们不再以这套说法理解制度时，它就衰落，不再有生命力了。曾经一度，一套关于人在宇宙中身份的说法赋予建制性基督教很大的控制人的良知和规范他们的行为的权力，而这种权力最终衰弱直至消失，原因正是人们普遍不再相信这套说法了。我们这套不稳定的、不公正的经济制度之所以能持续，不是由于壮大的资本具有力量，也不是由于宣传很有力度，或者由于通常被归诸的某种或某数种因素的综合作用，仅仅是因为一套人们思考工作机会时的说法：他们认为此种机会是被提供的。一种单一的认为对自然资源投入劳动和资本以创造财富的机会绝不是权利，而是被授予的观念占据着人们的心智。这就是我们的制度得以存活的奥妙。一旦人们不再按照此种说法来思维，唯其如此制度才会瓦解。
很明显，影响制度存亡的说法的变化很少由直接的因素促成，而是往往由隐蔽的、间接的因素引发，还有环境中某些迹象推波助澜，这些迹象在事发前似乎很不相干，因此，它们的腐蚀性或者瓦解性作用很难预料。究竟造成这些变化的真正原因是什么实在无规律可循，或者常常起效的过程十分缓慢。这些变化往往由一些平缓却坚定的力量造成，俾斯麦深之敬畏这些力量，称其为“无法估量的事物”，任何忽视，或者粗鲁地撇开它们的尝试，终究将得尝由于它们介入导致无疾而终的报应。
因此，我们将浮光掠影地考察部分观念的演变史，目的在于发掘该种心理倾向，即现在人们实际上用以思考国家的那条说法的根源；然后指出该种心理现象必然导向的结论。非但不将国家视为“所有良善的、勤勉的、有教养的人共同的敌人”，人类倾向于（甚少有例外）将它视为一个至高的、不可或缺的存在，而且主体上是善意的。大众因为不懂历史，认为国家的本质与目标是社会的而非反社会的。因为这种信念，人们愿意无条件信任国家这一充满欺诈、谎言和诡计多端的机构，它的官员可以任意支取此种信任。人们对国家逐步窃取社会权力的行为毫无像对待职业罪犯组织的行为所怀有的反感与愤恨，相反，还资以鼓励和荣耀，因为相信自己与国家是一体的，因此，鼓励国家扩张就是鼓励某种自己有份分享的成就——一定程度上，他是在扩张自己。奥特加·伊·贾塞特（Ortega y Gasset）教授对这种心理状态进行了精妙的分析。他说，大众面对国家这一现象，“看到它，敬畏它，知道它巍然屹立……而且，大众在国家身上看到一种普遍性的力量，他感到自己如国家一般也具有某种普遍的维度，因此，将国家视为自己的化身。假设某国的公共生活中出现了苦难、冲突或者问题，大众必然要求国家立即干预，凭借其具有的庞大的、不容置疑的资源立等解决问题……当个人承受任何不幸，甚至仅仅是有某种强烈需求时，国家的巨大诱惑力在于：无须费力、奋斗，无须承受不确定性和风险，只要按下启动键让国家这个强大的机器运转就永远能得到想要的一切”。
