Sim. Os binários incluem todas as dependências estatísticas e permitem a escolha entre dois bancos embarcados. Os binários não vão incluir Tor nem um reverse proxy (a galera que quer uma solução tudo em um pode user Docker / Podman etc), mas é bem fácil de configurar tudo isso em uma VPS qualquer. Mesmo a versão do Docker Compose roda nessas VPSes de £3/$5 ao mês. Já fiz testes com 1 vCPU e 2GB ram e o Haven ficou de pé por 3 dias sem problemas. Mas nem isso é necessário se você tem um raspberry PI da vida ou um PC velho em casa que dê para deixar ligado. Realmente dá para rodar com custo próximo a zero.

A TOUS LES POLITIQUES QUI FONT DES PROPOSITIONS A PROPOS DE BITCOIN ET DES CRYPTO:

Voici 4 mesures (intelligentes) sur lesquelles toute notre communauté pourrait se retrouver et qui ne coûteraient presque rien (justification dans le post suivant):
1) Exonération des plus-values pour une détention supérieure à X mois/années
2) Pas de taxation des plus-values implicites dans le cadre d'échanges contre des biens et services réels
3) Faire jouer l'article 2 de la Déclaration de 1789 afin de rendre anticonstitutionnelle toute tentative d'interdiction, ou toute entrave, à la détention en propre de cryptoactifs et à l'utilisation d'outils renforçant la confidentialité.
4) Demander à EDF de miner grâce aux surplus de notre parc énergétique.
Vous pouvez garder vos idées de réserves stratégiques, de fonds d'investissement, de crédits d'impôts, de subventions compétitivité et autres mesures néolibérales à la noix:
Bitcoin est la monnaie du 21ème siècle, tout partira de la détention (épargne) et de son utilisation comme moyen de paiement (fantastique vecteur de souveraineté technologique pour notre pays). Dès lors que les particuliers et les entreprises peuvent bénéficier de Bitcoin, les entreprises investiront, les entrepreneurs émergeront, et les capitaux afflueront.
Explications:
1) L'incitation à l'épargne bénéficie à toute la société en ce qu'elle permet la baisse des préférences temporelles, et donc des taux d'intérêt par la mise à disposition de plus de capital/ressources à des fins d'investissement et de production.
Contrairement à ce que dit l'antienne keynésienne moderne, on ne créée pas une économie prospère en forçant la circulation de l'argent par la dévaluation et la manipulation artificielle des taux d'intérêts, mais, au contraire, en facilitant la bonne circulation du capital par la liberté des prix (à commencer par ceux du temps).
2) Tous les échanges de biens et services sont déjà assujettis à la TVA. Si des détenteurs de Bitcoin veulent favoriser le développement d'une économie basée sur cette infrastructure de paiement, et que, ce faisant ils accroissent les recettes fiscales de notre État en faillite, pourquoi chercher à les en dissuader au juste?
Par ailleurs, Bitcoin est le meilleur instrument pour échanger de la valeur à l'échelle internationale. Plus nous l'utilisons domestiquement, plus les capitaux étrangers viendront s'investir et se dépenser en France.
Aujourd'hui, de nombreux outils issus du logiciel libre permettent le transfert, l'encaissement, la facturation, et la tenue d'une comptabilité. L'adoption pourrait arriver très rapidement et sans concessions de souveraineté (au contraire même). Ce qui fait barrière c'est cette taxation stupide (et qui en plus ne rapporte absolument rien).
3) On observe depuis quelques années une répression musclée à l'égard des outils de privacy et de leurs créateurs (On pourrait citer les affaires Samouraï wallet, Tornado Cash, cryptoast.fr/samourai-walle… , les révélations d'abus de surveillance financière en Suisse cryptovalleyjournal.com/focus/legal-an… , ou encore les récents amendements adoptés au Sénat x.com/fakenine_/stat… , pazrmi tant d'autres exemples).
Tout cela participe évidemment au projet dystopique de panoptique financier poussé par les hommes de Davos depuis plus de 20 ans.
Or, comme l'ont révélé des épisodes récents comme les manifestations de Hong-Kong, ou celle des camionneurs canadiens, les droits fondamentaux des individus ne peuvent désormais plus être garantis en pratique si la puissance publique peut tracer et censurer les moyens de paiement des individus.
Idem, l'agression récemment subie par David Balland, le co-fondateur de @Ledger , révèle le danger qu’encourent des individus détenteurs de crypto dont les avoirs pourraient être connus.
Au motif de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, on demande aux plateformes comme la mienne, @BullBitcoin_, de conserver des fichiers associant des informations personnelles sur nos clients, et notamment leurs noms, prénoms et adresse, à leurs adresses sur des blockchain publiques. Ces bases de données centralisées seront piratées un jour ou l'autre et ces informations finiront dans la nature, offrant un parfait annuaire aux malfrats et kidnappeurs peu scrupuleux, et mettant ainsi en danger la sécurité physique de centaines d'individus et de leurs familles.
En droit, de telles mesures violent les principes de proportionnalité, le droit à la vie privée, et le droit à la sécurité, sans pour autant démontrer une quelconque efficacité quant à la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme qu'elles sont censé garantir.
Les politiques ignorant cet état de fait seront complices des crimes qui en résulteront ...
4) Tout a déjà été dit sur ce sujet, notamment via @SebGouspillou & @StachAlex , aussi je me contenterais de rappeler que l'on s'interdit de gagner des milliards et de favoriser le développement de filières stratégiques essentielles dans l'économie du numérique par pure ignorance et idéologie politique.
A-t-on vraiment de l'argent à gaspiller en France aujourd'hui? Il me semble que de nombreux ménages ne rechigneraient pas à une baisse de leur facture énergétique (et je ne parle pas d'une baisse façon chèque énergie fiancée par une augmentation ailleurs ou plus tard, mais d'une baisse volontairement financée par les utilisateurs du réseau Bitcoin)

要点:
1.高福利是英国二战时首创，用以应对德国的战争压力，提高国民凝聚力。
是战时临时举措，出台前考虑不充分，也没考虑长远。
2.该模式在欧洲普及的代价是去武装化。
3.高福利模式以当下的生产力来看，没有一个国家能长期支撑。
4.人比人气死人。这片苦难深重的土地自古以来就没享受过好福利，没吃过猪肉也见过猪跑后，本没什么波动的心，不平衡了。
每月默默交着大概率拿不到的养老金，疑惑都没享受什么福利，为什么养老金还整天不够，得延迟退休？
心里暗暗下决心，等咱有钱了，就移民去欧美日享福。
真的可以这样么？
补充一个移民认知:
欧洲看完视频你们该清楚，什么希腊，西班牙，马耳他，都特么是坑，不用想了。走这条路就跟大清亡前赶着自宫做太监没差。
美国川普刚宣布，老的移民方式木有了，想来？可以，500万美元。
乖乖，老子有五百万美元哪不能逍遥？犯得着给你？只为拿一个身份，享受普通美国人的高（纳税）福利？
都有这么多钱了，钱生钱怎么都比这点福利多吧。
再说了，有这么多钱什么门道摆不平，还需要走这门路？
日本，日本经营签是针对外国有钱人的定向移民方式，或者其实可以说是针对中国人量身定做的。
最大的风险是，假使我朝借动台湾走大抑制。
日本做为美国盟友，必然会参与到遏制角色以承接军工对经济的刺激。
同时，基于多种考量，完全可以像二战美国，对日裔在美人员没收财产，把人集中监管。
至少从矛盾激化之日起，这个阴影就会一直笼罩在每个选择这条路的人头顶。
而剩下的其他国家，说实话，基本都已对我们关门。
即便留门缝也只欢迎年轻高质量的人才。
所以考虑避险拿船票的，不妨换个思路。
你要的只是万一极端情况，几到十几年中长期避险。身不身份的，有那么重要么？
有那买身份想拿来换福利的钱，自己养自己不香么？

I think the most common driver of individual change is environment. Like Darwin pointed out people adapt to their environment.
Bezos is smart and like all the other elites is sensing the public's ideological shift and is positioning himself to be liked and respected in that environment.
Who could blame a man for doing that, but while I understand it, I don't respect it. You never know the true colors of a chameleon.
I don't think he values those pillars, I think he values his position in society.
But perhaps I'm just overly skeptical.

Tudo depende dos incentivos. Já trabalhei em empresa onde não valia a pena trabalhar mais do que 2horas por semana. Eu fazia exatamente isso. Quando era minha própria empresa eu trabalhava 24h por dia e achava pouco. Esse cara antigo, se ele não tem Perspectiva de promoção nem de bônus por produtividade nem nada, ele não vai trabalhar mesmo. Vai delegar tudo que puder. E se vc fizer o trabalho dele, melhor ainda. .

我们为什么向往民主？
因为对我们来说它是一种更理想的关系，是一种存在于政府与民众之间的非暴力关系，它的“理想”，或者说“最不坏”，是与过去那些暴力关系比较而言。
民主就象政府和民众的自由恋爱。
是的，自由恋爱未必能导向美满婚姻，民主国家也有可能选出坏总统，但和强奸相比， 自由恋爱当然是更不坏的选择。
尤其是有任期限制的民主选举，就象离婚权利受保障的婚姻，它让民众和政府能“好合好散”，用几年一次的民意表决替代了那些基于暴力的政权只能最终面对的揭竿而起。
我们为什么向往繁荣？
因为在文明2.0这种新稳态里，人类在经济、文化、政治三个层面都构建出了极具吸引力的非暴力合作模式。
在经济上，自由市场的雇佣关系取代了奴隶制，这不但让较为弱势的受雇一方获得人身自由，也令较强势的雇主一方不再需要一直保持自己的伤害输出能力。
在文化上，自由恋爱取代了包办婚姻，更自由平等的家庭关系取代了等级森严的家庭权力格局。
在政治上，民意表决取代了暴力夺权。
是的，现代文明并不是和暴力丝毫不沾边的纯白天使，但“非暴力”无疑是对你区分文明1.0和文明2.0最有帮助的关键词。
而构建非暴力关系的能力，则正是对想适应文明2.0社会环境，维护文明2.0游戏规则的人来说，最重要的能力。
但这种能力，也是在以强奸或包办为基础的婚姻里很难生成的能力，是董志民们的后代很难掌握的能力。
我们必须意识到政治的本质，是关系，是人际关系，是被较抽象的概念包裹着但仍然只能落足于活生生的人类个体的交往、合作的人际关系，才能意识到所谓民主政治，所谓现代国家的政治制度，在实践层面仍然是一种特定的人际关系——非暴力的人际关系。
是过于依赖暴力手段来建立人际关系的那些人，说白了就是习惯了强奸压根不懂恋爱的那些人“搞不定”的人际关系类型。
为什么“家国同构”？
因为习惯了强奸女人的人当然会在掌权后强奸民意，习惯了阉割儿女的人当然会在掌权时阉割国民。
在成为政客的个体身上当然有时会有例外，毕竟出身于最糟糕家庭的个体也不是没有凭天分凭悟性凭努力超越原生家庭局限性的可能。但在族群这个层面，你会看到，一个族群的强奸率越高，它成功建立民主政治并长久维系之的可能性就越低。
因为它培养出大量能建立并维护非暴力关系的下一代的可能性太低。
而这条规律是可以被反向利用的。
要让一个族群走向现代、走向文明，只要把它的强奸率降下来，家暴率降下来，随着时间推移，随着人口更替，随着能建立非暴力关系的人口比例在这个族群内部升高，随着对人际关系的非暴力属性的文化确认得到普及，他们就会以族群为单位“成为更好的自己”，成为更善于合作的族群，成为其他族群可以信赖的伙伴。
为什么有些宗教、有些文化传统能托举文明2.0的创生，有利于文明2.0的维系？
因为它们先看到了爱的价值，先促成了更有爱的家庭关系的建立。
为什么有些社会在完成现代化转型时步履维艰？
因为他们在需要构建非暴力关系时，总会习惯性的滑向暴力。
以“是否能构建非暴力关系”作为标尺，你将能很轻松的评估一个人乃至一个族群成功构筑政治上的广泛合作关系的潜力。
以倾向于构建非暴力关系还是倾向于构建基于暴力的关系为指标，你则会得到一个族群在文明进程中会走多快、能走多稳的准确预判。
这原理很清晰，不难理解，容易验证。
而若你将之用于现实，用于评估中华沦陷区各族各地民主化转型的前景，你会看到现在被以为是地域文化差异的一些事实，已预示了当地的未来。
倾向于暴力关系的地区会更难挣脱伤害链逻辑，更难超越其政治传统。
而倾向于非暴力关系的地区将不得不与它们隔离，就象普通家庭的家长会把自家容易受伤害的未成年人与有强奸恶名的邻居隔离。
当我们从文明演化的大局出发，去分析中华沦陷区可能要经历的一切，去规划让更多普通人能活下来并安居乐业的未来，我们就需要看清楚，从双链争持，从稳态切换，到自维持机制中的文化观念转换，到对家国同构的行为模式分析，都告诉了我们些什么。
它告诉我们的是，追求中国民主化的人最应该做的，就是学会构建非暴力关系。
这倒并不是说你要去学会怎么谈恋爱，怎么避免“笨拙的求爱”。
这是说你得理解“非暴力关系”是怎么一回事，你得知道，从家庭内部夫妻关系的非暴力、亲子关系的非暴力出发，到职场上的同事关系、团队合作，到商场上的“和气生财”，到现代国家政争激烈仍保持风度的传统，其核心要件是什么。
你得知道，在追求“民主”的时候，你具体的目标是什么，是和你的战友、伙伴构建怎样的关系，和你要拉的赞助商、要找的支持者构建怎样的关系。
你得知道大权在握令行禁止不是民主。
你得知道真正困难但你必须学会的是，如何让七嘴八舌歪瓜裂枣的团队携手做出最漂亮的成绩。
