Tak ona ta směrnice se snaží to prezentovat jako svobodu - proto je oddíl "sankce" úplně na konci a úplně nenápadně vágní ve stylu sankce se užijí tam kde to jinak nepůjde (čož dává úplně otevžené možnosti je užít).
Ale rozdíl mezi svobodou a povinností není daný tím jak to narativem nabarvíš, ale vnitřní podstatou toho rozdílu.
Pokud v parku znásilním ženu a budu ji přitim stokrát opakovat, že je to její svoboda, tak z toho svobodu neudělám.
