据指尖新闻报道，2024年，安徽省芜湖市荻港船厂码头的承包负责人甘友祥向记者反映，“在我们拿到《港口经营许可证》之后一年的时间里，仅有据可查的各类执法检查就接待了200多次，企业几乎每天都要应对执法检查。”2024年4月16日，“芜湖市持续打造一流营商环境发布会”召开。发布会上，对记者提出的“有网友反映繁昌区某企业“一年内被执法检查超200次”问题进行了答复：2023年，市直相关单位和繁昌区对该企业开展检查、走访活动共计65次。另外，有关单位根据工作安排，开展了安全环保等工作指导25次、宣传走访9次、助企纾困走访5次。下一步，工作专班将对执法检查的合法合规性和必要性进一步全面调查，依法依规处理。
2025年2月26日，记者联系到了甘友祥。甘友祥介绍，其反映的问题经媒体报道后，就没有相关部门来企业进行执法检查或其他形式走访。其提供的检查督查记录表显示，从2024年4月份至今，近一年的时间里，没有发现接受检查督查的记录。甘友祥认为，可能是自己反映问题，导致企业受到“冷落”，而不少商业伙伴也不再与他继续合作，致使企业的业务受到巨大影响，“特别是从2024年5月份以后，几乎没有人跟我们做生意了。”

I think that when people are fed with bad incentives for a long time and become highly dishonest, they begin to think that others are stupid and tend to develop a sort of "creativity" for developing scams. From my external point of view these scams just look stupid and a shame but maybe they become some sort of idols for gullible people, dumb people and other scammers

Et quand t'as réussi à traverser le parking en vie, ces messieurs-dames se feront une joie de te rouler dessus avec leur chariot.
Genre deux fois, je me suis retrouvée avec des dames qui poussaient leur caddie SUR MOI en regardant le rayon.
Et y en a une qui l'a fait en regardant droit devant elle. Droit devant elle y avait moi, ça doit être parce que je ressemble à un gros paquet de chips.
Et surtout on ne s'excuse jamais, on fait comme quand on a roulé en état d'ébriété sur un enfant à vélo : On trace en regardant ailleurs.
