It's just the US President deciding who has access to him and who doesn't.

男女の身体差も、ルール設定やスポーツの作り方によって有利不利を変えることが可能です。でも男性身体が「平均的」には有利になるよう設計されているのが近代スポーツ。
だからスポーツで男性が有利だから「身体的に男の方が優れている」と解釈するのは、そう思いたい人のファンタジーだし、差を生み出す構造を見ず、身体の優劣に矮小化する優生思想。
でもそのファンタジーが強いからこそ、スポーツは政治利用される。

【湘雅二院“恶魔医生”曝光后 他打了一场迟到八年的医疗官司】今年一月，56岁的农民王有志打赢了人生中第一场官司，被告中南大学湘雅二医院应依法赔偿王有志因诊疗行为产生的全部损失57万余元，及精神损害抚慰金2万元。但王有志没有想象中高兴。他被多年来的疲惫攫住，没法轻易从这件事上跳过去。
11年前，2014年10月28日，他入住湘雅二院，从手术台上醒来发现被切了胆囊、装了一个化疗泵。而手术记录单上却写着，“胆囊……内无结石。”还有一句是：“未见恶性肿瘤。”他曾有疑问，但总想着，“医生怎么会害我呢？”直到8年后，曾参与其手术的主治医师刘翔峰被网络爆料涉嫌严重违法、被称为“恶魔医生”，湘雅二院紧跟着发布声明称，经调查发现刘翔峰存在不规范行为，免去其相关职务。他才发现，事情远比想象中复杂多了。
打官司后，他常听别人问，这么个小病为啥要去湘雅二院看？王有志今年57岁，家住湖南省浏阳市下面的一个村子，距离长沙将近100多公里，11年前一路辗转得花上4个小时。但在当时王有志没觉着是小病。一次常规体检查出肝占位后，他就慌起来了，拜托亲戚在长沙帮他挂号。“农村人总是相信省级医院的嘛。”王有志觉得，这是个再简单不过的道理。
据2024年4月12日西南政法大学司法鉴定中心所作出的报告显示，王有志在湘雅二院治疗期间，医方存在三处过错。第一处是前期未做进一步相关检查以决定治疗方案；第二处是“术中抗肿瘤治疗+门静脉化疗泵埋置，且切除胆囊”治疗方案选择错误；第三处是患者在未患肝癌的情况下，仍用化学药物治疗，装化疗泵。
手术记录显示，“术中将病情告知患者家属，家属表示拒绝肿块切除术，要求术中化疗，门静脉化疗泵埋置。”但是在妻子的表述里，其用词“拒绝”和“要求”似乎不是很恰当。“医生讲得吓死人的。”妻子回忆，当时丈夫还在手术台上，主治医师刘翔峰就拿着一张单子让她签字。上面的字迹很潦草，她看不懂。但医生说的话她听懂了，如果按原方案切肿块很危险，明天就等着守寡吧。
知道身体里装了化疗泵后，王有志很害怕。他听说化疗很痛苦，要掉头发。他问刘翔峰，对方让他放心，说做化疗不痛苦，做完后可以把化疗泵取出来，不用动手术，去门诊就能取。术后，王有志做了三次化疗。每次去都是白天做CT和开药，晚上化疗，三次下来花了14000余元。
近2年后，化疗泵才被取出。2016年4月26日，王有志再次因肝占位进行了手术。这次他在邻居介绍下，选择了湖南省人民医院。除了取出化疗泵，肝脏也切了部分。据判决书记载，肝功能损伤以致部分切除为湘雅二院完全原因。原告王有志在胆囊切除术后，以及右肝后叶切除术后，构成两个九级伤残。据《人体损伤致残程度分级》，九级伤残意味着致残率20%。
王有志说话声小，不太擅长表达。在法庭上，王有志说的最多的一句话是，“我一个农民怎么知道。”他称看病的过程中也是如此，极少发问，更谈不上质疑。他相信刘翔峰，“人家是留美博士。”他更相信湘雅二院，“那是湖南的顶级医院。”沉默、疑惑、不解，聚成委屈和愤怒淹没了他。王有志决定去讨个说法。但时隔八年多，案子还能打吗？
据相关法律，“诉讼时效期间自权利人知道或者应当知道权利受到损害以及义务人之日起计算。”2024年6月，案子如期开庭。在“知道或应当知道”的时间上，控辩双方各执一词。代理律师刘大华主张，王有志2022年得知刘翔峰事件后才“知道”。
“在术前讨论过程中，如果有两种治疗方案，只讲了一种，就让病人签字，这个签字在法律上是无效的。病人的知情同意必须基于一个最重要的条件：充分告知。”北京大学医学人文学院副院长王岳解释。比如病人从手术台上苏醒过来后，发现左腿当右腿锯了，诉讼时效应该按照手术后第一时间来计算。但是对于绝大多数医疗损害案件，患者往往不知道其权利被侵害，“双方信息是不对称的” 。
“卑微。”事后王有志这么形容自己。2014年术前，他刚盖完新房，手里没钱。为了治病，他东拼西凑借了很多钱，两次看病总共花近20万。这十年来，夫妻俩靠做点门窗、鞭炮生意，勉强把孩子拉扯到大学毕业。今年过年，一家三口的钱凑一块，只有八千元。
