【企业吐槽“一年被检查200次”后近一年“0检查”？企业负责人：商业合作伙伴不再与我们合作】近日，“一年被执法检查200次”的当事企业负责人甘友祥通过社交媒体发文，称自己反映被频繁执法检查的事件经媒体报道后，企业在近一年时间内，没有接受执法检查、督查。商业合作伙伴不再与其合作，企业持续亏损，面临倒闭的危机。
据指尖新闻报道，2024年，安徽省芜湖市荻港船厂码头的承包负责人甘友祥向记者反映，“在我们拿到《港口经营许可证》之后一年的时间里，仅有据可查的各类执法检查就接待了200多次，企业几乎每天都要应对执法检查。”2024年4月16日，“芜湖市持续打造一流营商环境发布会”召开。发布会上，对记者提出的“有网友反映繁昌区某企业“一年内被执法检查超200次”问题进行了答复：2023年，市直相关单位和繁昌区对该企业开展检查、走访活动共计65次。另外，有关单位根据工作安排，开展了安全环保等工作指导25次、宣传走访9次、助企纾困走访5次。下一步，工作专班将对执法检查的合法合规性和必要性进一步全面调查，依法依规处理。
2025年2月26日，记者联系到了甘友祥。甘友祥介绍，其反映的问题经媒体报道后，就没有相关部门来企业进行执法检查或其他形式走访。其提供的检查督查记录表显示，从2024年4月份至今，近一年的时间里，没有发现接受检查督查的记录。甘友祥认为，可能是自己反映问题，导致企业受到“冷落”，而不少商业伙伴也不再与他继续合作，致使企业的业务受到巨大影响，“特别是从2024年5月份以后，几乎没有人跟我们做生意了。”
2月26日，记者联系了芜湖市交通执法支队，工作人员表示，甘友祥所在的润涵仓储物流公司不属于支队执法监管服务对象。记者询问从频繁执法检查到几乎0检查的变化背后的原因，对方称如果要进一步采访，需联系市委宣传部，未直接答复。2月27日，记者再次联系该单位进行求证，表示润涵仓储物流公司是荻港船厂码头运营企业，工作人员进行了情况登记，并表示将由对口科室进行答复。截至发稿未获回应。
