But it really should let you pick that during setup even with the autoconfig or single-sign-on/oauth/etc. Buh. Am sorry is such a grrr experience to deal with for that. I have to manually configure since my email provider (my own domain) doesn't autoconfig but still not fair for those who aren't going that route. Should be a simple slider.
