Есть такой метод обучения в айкидо, называется, приятно русскому слуху — Сю-Ха-Ри. Так вот суть сухарей в чём?
Сю (яп. 守 сю, от яп. 守 — «соблюдать») — в начале обучения, нужно заткнуться и следовать правилам. Строго и чётко. Чем строже, тем лучше будет эффект.
Ха (яп. 破 ха, от яп. 破 — «прорываться») — в середине обучения можно начать экспериментировать, искать что-то новое.
Ри (яп. 離 ри, от яп. 離 — «отделяться») — а ближе к концу выбрасываем все правила и смотрим, что получилось)))
Какой можно сделать вывод? Да, очень простой уважайте Сю, соблюдайте правила, выкинем их обязательно, потом выкинем. Все выкидывали и мы выкинем.

以前哪怕是過年的時候要加班 如果是在家遠程值班那種 就是沒加班費沒調休的 雖然說是在家值下班 給人感覺沒事做 但其實經常會有問題 一處理就處理一天
而只有公司發了通知認可的加班才算加班 但這種一般公司就不會放在有三工的那幾天 很雞賊的讓你提前加完 然後最多給回調休你 也是沒加班費
