卖酒的湖南富豪，被甩出百亿俱乐部

2024年，自称“名酒厂金牌服务员”的华致酒行，实现营收94.64亿元，同比减少6.49%；归母净利润为0.44亿元，同比大降81.11%；扣非后归母净利润为0.25亿元，同比减少85.97%。
自2019年1月在创业板上市以来，华致酒行顶着“A股酒类流通第一股”的光环，在2023年营收规模终于突破百亿。然而，2024年，其就迎来了近五年来营收、净利润首次双降的局面，还跌出了百亿俱乐部。
业绩的下降其实早有征兆。2024年第四季度，华致酒行营业收入16.33亿元，同比减少12.6%，而归母净利润更是罕见地出现了1.23亿元的亏损。在更早的2022年和2023年，其净利润也连续下降，降幅分别达45.7%、35.3%。
4月21日，在华致酒行2024年度网上业绩说明会上，华致酒行高管对业绩下降尤其是净利润大降解释称，酒行业处于周期性深度调整，主销名酒市场价格呈下降趋势，公司毛利率降低，收入也略有下滑，同时对部分存货计提了存货跌价准备。
分产品来看，华致酒行包括多个业务板块，但业绩主要还是依赖于白酒业务。
2024年，华致酒行的核心板块——白酒，营收87.6亿元，同比减少6.77%，营收占比约92.6%；第二大板块——葡萄酒营收4.2亿元，同比减少13.68%，营收占比约4.4%。
此外，华致酒行还经销包括威士忌、白兰地、伏特加等在内的进口烈性酒，2024年产生营收0.81亿元，同比减少43.75%，占比不到1%；而其他产品营收2.04亿元，占比约2.2%。
2024年，华致酒行的销售费用从上一年的6.51亿元降至5.09亿元，下降了1.42亿元，降幅为21.81%，销售费用率从6.44%降至5.38%，此前常年在7%以上。
华致酒行称，销售费用的减少，主要系促销推广费用减少、销售人员数量减少带来的职工薪酬费用同比下降所致。
销售费用减少了1.42亿元，远高于0.44亿元的净利润。换句话说，要不是缩减促销推广费用、减少销售人员及其薪酬，2024年，华致酒行将会出现亏损。
2024年，华致酒行的员工数量减少了约三分之一，主要减少的就是销售人员。
截至2023年末，华致酒行在职员工数量合计1998人，而到了2024年末，变成了1372人，减少了626人，减少超31%。其中，研发人员数量从上年的125人减至33人，减少了近74%；销售人员从1350人减少至925人，减少超31%；行政人员减少103人至323人。
在业绩说明会上，就有投资者问到“人员优化”的相关问题。华致酒行高管回复称，人员优化旨在提升组织整体效能，更好地让人力资源适应市场变化与公司未来业务模式发展的需要。
经营承压，是华致酒行目前的处境。
不过，2024年，其却在大手笔分红，分别于2024年9月、12月派发现金红利1.6亿元、3.3亿元，2025年4月又发公告称，2024年度利润分配拟发现金红利0.38亿元。
也就是说，2024年度，华致酒行实施及拟实施现金分红合计5.28亿元。而此前五年，即从2019年上市到2023年末分红，其实施分红金额合计也才4.46亿元。
如此大手笔的分红，落入了谁的口袋呢？华致酒行创始人、实控人、董事长吴向东，分走了绝大部分。
卖酒生意，越来越难做
吴向东是白酒行业少有的百亿富豪。截至2024年末，吴向东合计持有华致酒行的股份比例超63.4%。而他，还是港股上市白酒企业——珍酒李渡的实际控制人、董事会主席。
出生于1969年的吴向东，是湖南人，在老家湖南醴陵的农工商工贸公司工作了两年，又去湖南外贸学校读了两三年书，随后直接进入新华联集团。新华联集团的实控人傅军，另一个身份是吴向东的姐夫。在吴向东眼里，傅军是他的“领路人”。
吴向东与酒结缘，始于五粮液旗下一款叫“川酒王”的产品。逐渐地，他的“酒局”越布越大。之后，在傅军的帮助下，吴向东创立了自己的品牌——金六福。从1998年底第一瓶金六福在五粮液酒厂下线开始，白酒行业多了一种独具特色的贴牌代工模式。
从2001年开始，吴向东开始向产业的上游进行延伸，开启了收购之路。到2009年，已有十多家酒厂被吴向东纳入麾下，其中就包括湖南湘窖、安徽临水、陕西太白、江西李渡、贵州珍酒等。
向上游延伸的同时，也在向下游布局。2005年，吴向东成立了华致酒行，做起了酒类流通生意。简单地说，华致酒行就是一个大经销商，是大酒企与消费者之间的桥梁。
华致酒行诞生的时间点，正处于白酒行业的“黄金十年”之中，行业蓬勃发展，华致酒行的发展步伐也很快。到2010年，华致酒行就开设了近300家门店。
正所谓“大树底下好乘凉”。不同于普通经销商，华致酒行手握茅台、五粮液等上游头部酒厂资源。华致酒行反复提到其战略定位——“永做名酒厂金牌服务员”。
在上市之前，华致酒行在招股书中披露，2017年，贵州茅台酒系列与五粮液系列合计占华致酒行营业收入的比重为89%。不过，此后，年报中不再披露此信息。
酒类流通生意的毛利薄，后来，华致酒行还与酒厂合作开发产品，并独家经销，比如，贵州茅台酒（金）、荷花酒、钓鱼台精品酒（铁盖）、古井贡酒1818、虎头汾酒、习酒・窖藏1988（琉金）、金酒鬼、金内参、赖高淮作品1989等。
华致酒行也因此撑起了百亿营收，但是，刚进入百亿阵营就掉了出来。
事实上，卖酒的生意，整体上确实越来越难做。
“供应链第一股”怡亚通2024年营收与净利润双双下降，而净利润已经连续三年大降。十年前，这家主做供应链服务以IT为核心的企业跨界开始分销名酒，后来还做了定制酒，与华致酒行的业务有些相似。
赶上了白酒行业彼时的热闹，随之，怡亚通的白酒分销业务开始成为公司重要板块。不过，近几年，该业务又开始不断萎缩。2024年年报中，已经不再披露白酒业务营收。
另一家酒类流通企业——河南的酒便利，处境更艰难。酒水直营连锁品牌酒便利，2024年上半年净利润腰斩，经营活动产生的现金流量净额同比下降81%，主要原因是，公司应收款项增加以及存货的增加，导致经营性现金净流入减少。
此外，曾经的名酒大商——银基集团，2023年已经黯然退市；另一家主做老酒的大商歌德盈香，2024年还爆出欠薪风波。
白酒行业整体承压
华致酒行及其他白酒流通企业的处境，在一定程度上也反映出白酒行业近几年的状况。在白酒产业，从生产厂家，到流通渠道，每个环节都是紧密相扣的。
流通渠道的日子不好过，本质上，还是因为酒企们的日子不好过。
这从吴向东控制的另一家上市公司——珍酒李渡，就能直观看出来。华致酒行是做酒类流通生意的，通俗来讲就是一个比较大规模的白酒经销商，而珍酒李渡是白酒上市公司中的腰部企业。“左手酒行，右手酒厂”，正是吴向东在白酒行业的写照。
珍酒李渡的经营，也遇到了压力。
2024年，珍酒李渡实现营收70.67亿元，同比增长0.5%；归母净利润13.24亿元，同比下滑43.1%，经调整净利润16.76亿元，同比增长3.3%。公司表示，净利润下滑主要受金融工具公允价值变动、股权激励费用等非经营性因素影响。不过，比起华致酒行的微利，珍酒李渡的赚钱能力要强不少。
珍酒李渡由吴向东收购的酒企中的几家整合发展而来，经营的主要有四个白酒品牌——珍酒、李渡、湘窖、开口笑。
2024年，主要面向次高端及高端市场的酱香白酒珍酒，贡献了约63.4%的收入；以次高端兼香型白酒为主的李渡，贡献了约18.6%的收入；作为湖南区域性品牌的湘窖与开口笑，分别贡献了约11.4%、4.8%的收入。
作为珍酒李渡的旗舰品牌，2024年，珍酒营收出现了2.3%的下滑；湘窖也下滑了2.7%；开口笑更是下滑了12.3%；只有李渡增长了18.3%。而2023年，这四个品牌均为两位数增长。
