付出了这么多，可是，美国得到了什么？
一无所得的付出是可持续的吗？
世界大致和平了，人们开始把和平视为理所当然，看成“免费的”。
欧洲列国在获得安全感后刀枪入库，马放南山，直到一场俄乌战争，暴露了俄罗斯被贪腐侵蚀得极尽虚弱的军事实力，也验出了欧洲人的成色。
他们已没有勇气也没有能力以战止战。
而他们，就是美国如今的“队友”，是美国无力维护自身利益时只能指望的对象。
这群该可信可靠的队友，已不再可信可靠。但如果美国改弦易辙，不再做和平秩序的维持者，转而靠“恃强凌弱”获利，他们就成了上佳的下手目标。
和平从来不是免费的。
在国际社会“维稳”，也需要烧经费。过去的付出如果没有收获，运营者在耗空现有资源后就会无法继续付出。
美国现在面临的正是旧的全球维稳模式无以为继，新的全球维稳模式尚未成型的问题。如果欧洲在面对安全威胁时不能作出有效应对，如果美国在为维护和平秩序付出代价后不能获得足够的经济收益和政治收益，白宫主政者在花掉纳税人的钱后不能获取让美国选民认可的收益，旧模式就会难以维持。
美国出得起这个钱，但白宫丢不起这些选票。
这些选票来自哪里？
来自美国本土曾深受孤立主义影响的居民，也来自出身于五洲四海各伤害链国空的移民们，深受伤害链逻辑影响，对“保持风度”没有老欧洲人那么深的执念的移民和他们的后裔。
在美苏争霸时期，老美国人是知道自己在做什么的，他们知道与苏联的对抗是为了自保而不是为了夺取世界统治权，不是为了夺占更大领土，把美国变成世界上最大的国家。
但把两强相抗称为“争霸”的伤害链国家民众不知道。
在他们眼中，美国既然拥有全球最强的实力，就该凭这实力把自己的利益最大化。
当他们和他们的后代移居美国，这样的观念，这样的民意也就流入了美国。
我并不反对移民。
但我已多次表达过这样的观点，一个大量接纳移民的国家如果没有足够的“消化”能力，如果不能深刻改变移民们的观念，就有被移民改变的风险。
在已知的历史上，美国并不是一个有对外侵略扩张领土野心的国家。
可未来呢？
人是会变的，国家就不会吗？
欧洲人在面对俄罗斯的侵略时，已经展示了自己的软弱。
这份软弱，所有人都看在眼里。
人们发现，对你输出伤害是不会被迎头痛击的，是有可能获得奖赏的。
原来，对你好的国家才会一无所得，伤害你的国家却会盆满钵满。
双链争持，在观念战场上，胜负有时只是一线之差。
我并不担心美国，作为世界第一军事强国，会突然改弦易辙成为伤害链国家。但在观念战场上，产业链逻辑的信徒们已经取得的优势还远没有达到“压倒性”的程度，因为没有足够强的对抗意识，拥抱移民的国家正在观念战场上节节败退。
川普对格陵兰、加拿大的言语试探只是个开始。
他只是提出了问题。
你可以把这些都当成玩笑话。
但怎样的国家安全战略才是可持续的，怎样的全球安全战略才是可持续的，付出者应该得到怎样的收益，是严肃的议题。
怎样在观念战场上取胜，怎样维护产业链逻辑在欧美列国政治现实中的主导地位，怎样让国际社会不被“输出伤害获得奖赏”的游戏规则统治，是严肃的议题。
作为一个对伤害链逻辑和产业链逻辑的双链争持历史进程进行过许多思考的分析者，我深信产业链逻辑会最终取得胜利。但过程如何，哪些国家、哪些人会在过程中成为代价，难以逆料。
如果欧洲列国仍然对真正的伤害者保持软弱、畏惧的姿态，不对输出伤害的行径予以迎头痛击，“成为伤害者”这个选项就会对哪怕美国总统这样身份的决策者也产生巨大的诱惑。
这才是真正的问题。
铁打的白宫，流水的总统，川普再有个性也只有四年而已。
但屠龙少年是否只能终成恶龙？美国这个为了维护自由世界的安全让自己成为了全球输出伤害能力最强者的国家，是否只有在向友邦进行恫吓后才能“榨”出足够回报，才能在安全议题上“收支平衡”？

Basically Blizz did Reforged (refunded) as effectively a particular patch number for WC3, where if you don't pay for another key it just makes everything worse, if you do, it doesn't really change anything. And so of course, going forward, all versions are now refunded versions.
The version I link to is not the one right before that, it's 2 before because one patch in between they redid the battlenet auth stuff and nobody's cracked it yet. I believe that was switching it from bnet1 to bnet2. I have never dealt with bnet2 and don't want to, so I don't really know anything about the situation there.
The guy working on SWAT was maintaining a fork for ent but then the compiler for it broke or something and he gave up, so it will probably never get updated again.
This is why I am interested in implementing a fully FOSS Warcraft 3 client. I believe it is possible, but probably not for refunded.
