So you build a #nostr bot. Create a static form and have it sign a nip-44 event to DM the bot for newsletter registration with some form of identifier or tag. The bot then follows those who registered and it scrapes your own site's RSS feed and any new posts trigger sending the link as DM to those the bot follows, aka those who registered on the form.
