Heute ist das nÀchste Buch in meiner Leseliste angekommen.
Noch habe ich zwar 39 Seiten des zweiten Teils "Das Schwarzbuch des Kommunismus" vor mir. Jedoch freue ich mich schon auf etwas leichtere Kost in Form einer fiktiven Geschichte, wenn gleich diese mit echten Zitaten unserer Herrscher gespickt ist.
Das lesen von BĂŒchern ĂŒber die Theorie des Kommunismus mag anstrengend sein, weil er nicht funktioniert. Wenn man ĂŒber die Praxis in kommunistischen Systemen liest, dann braucht man zwischendurch einfach mal was leichteres. Es ist nicht leicht zu verarbeiten welche unmenschliche. Taten in diesen Systemen begangen werden.

Why is fasting hard? Why does it feel uncomfortable? Are we doing something harmful to the body?
It comes down to what the body is used to and what it expects.
The body doesnât always know whatâs beneficial or harmful, so it plays it safe: if something has been done for a long time and thereâs no damage â itâs considered safe. But if itâs something new, the body treats it as potentially dangerous and resists. However, if the new behavior continues without harm, the body eventually adapts and accepts it as good.
Weâre used to eating multiple times a day â often processed, unnatural foods. This is what our body expects. When we change that, we feel discomfort.
Not eating for a day wonât harm the body. The same goes for several days â even up to a week or two. The discomfort isnât necessarily a sign of danger â itâs mostly psychological, especially for fasts up to 3 days.
Interestingly, the physiological discomfort can be influenced by mindset. The body is capable of fasting â it just resists change. But if you mentally reframe the fast as something powerful and healing, the experience becomes much easier.
Fasting is a natural state for many species, including humans. Crucial processes happen during fasting â autophagy, hormone balancing, cellular repair â and by eating constantly, we block these. Thatâs the reason so many people are unhealthy today.

"Vultr is a huge gamble. The servers are somewhat fast, but they're really not. The staff are utterly unhelpful, you can ask a simple question and they will spew out a long irrelevant reply, almost as if its an AI just signing human names. I simply asked for a concise yes/no for a very basic question, and they proceed to list this huge list of irrelevant resources and guides. The deploy page is such a labyrinth, making it much more complicated than it has to be. They will charge you more than you used and rip you off. While it may be good for power efficient things, at that point, just host it yourself. Everything is portrayed to be extremely professional, but it's really not."
