阿尔斯通获6亿欧元大单，将为保加利亚提供35列区域间电动列车
4月27日，据阿尔斯通消息，阿尔斯通牵头BULEMU联合体已与保加利亚交通运输部签署一份合同，将交付35列CoradiaStream区域间电动列车，并提供15年的维护服务。合同总价值达7.2亿欧元，其中阿尔斯通的份额达6亿欧元。BULEMU联合体由阿尔斯通与当地企业RVPInvest联合成立，后者将提供维护设施。

民航局：今年一季度国际航班量和旅客量进一步增加
中国民航局运输司副司长商可佳4月27日在例行新闻发布会上介绍，今年一季度国际航线网络不断拓展，国际航班量和旅客量进一步增加。航班量方面，中外航司执行国际客运航班周均6395班，为2019年的83.9%。其中，春运高峰每周6960班，为2019年的91.3%。我国至日本、英国、意大利等35个国家的航班量已经超过2019年水平，与共建“一带一路”国家间的航班恢复比例为94.5%，超过平均值10.6个百分点。旅客量方面，以中方航空公司为例，一季度共运输国际旅客1892.5万人次，同比大幅增长34%，比2019年同期增长4.5%。我国至东北亚、西亚、中亚、欧洲、非洲等地的旅客运输量分别比2019年增长20%、91%、233%、71%和241%。截至目前，共有28家中方航司和100家外航在华运营国际客运航线。共计通航78个国家，比2019年净增加4个国家。我国与亚洲、欧洲间传统市场航线网络不断完善，与拉美、南太、非洲国家间的航线进一步拓展，国际航班通达性进一步提升。商可佳表示，下一步，民航局将继续推动国际客运增班：一方面，针对传统市场，侧重“优结构、提品质、保稳定”，引导航空公司差异化竞争，实现稳中有进、提质增效；另一方面，针对新兴市场，鼓励航司积极布局拓展航线网络，加快建设空中丝绸之路，更好服务国家外交外贸大局。
