he doesnt mess around with his research and presents nothing that he hasn't like triple-verified from multiple legitimate sources, so I find it hard to believe he is so easily dismissed in this realm...
also, actually reading it you learn his history which is that he was NOT HEALTHY for the first part of his life - maybe up until 50 ... he was bald before he changed his diet.
he is now well north of 60 I think so there is that.
anyhoo.
the man is a national treasure due to his other work though... "Shattering..." - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Nothing like it out there.
