有网友提到，我之前说服务业中可以创造出1000万报税师没价值，因为
1）全国缴纳个税人数只有6000万人，大部分人不交税。 你让1000万人服务6000万人，1个人服务6个？
2）实施个人报税制度后，很多同志，大部分网友可能不主动申报，根本不会请报税师。
我是这样看的，
首先，这个是系统工程，要改变人的观念，你比如有些老板给自己发1元工资，这个没有报税师监督，真是可以为所欲为，如果有个人自主申报，这个很容易判断出问题。富人收入非常多元，海外收入一大堆，都拿进来报税，这是多大一笔钱。
其次，我们也不是仅仅盯着富人，中产也有一大部分苦大仇深的，完全可以通过消费账单，来作为抵税依据，促进消费，避免两重征税，现在中产的收入是税后的，然后购买商品中，还包含消费税。也就是收了两次税。完全可以发给中产就是税前，然后中产消费。一年的税前 - 一年的消费 = 增值部分，对这个部分进行收税，你看群众的消费积极性是不是要提高。。
最后，我们也别老盯着富人和中产，他们毕竟人少，还有更广大的群众，没有工资性收入，但是有其他收入，比如房租收入，种地收入，卖艺收入，赶集收入，摆摊收入，只是没有一个单位而已，他们也有纳税的觉悟的，搞个报税师，就可以辅导他们报税了。。这部分钱不多，征收效率不高，但是也满足了广大群众建设祖国的意愿，多好。
综上，这样改革，税收人口可能就不是6000万，而是好几亿人了。。我建议实施群众自主报税，降低企业压力，解决二重征税问题，真正解决消费难的问题，谢谢。

香港在税收方面设计非常聪明，你看啊。企业利润超过200万港币部分，按照16.7%收企业所得税；个人所得税超过200万港币部分，按照17%收个人所得税。这样一来，就鼓励老板把企业收入都发给员工（包括自己了）。这样就促进了消费。。我们国家是只要超过300万，全部企业利润（注意不是超过部分）按照25%收企业所得税，高新技术企业收15%。而如果把钱发个群众（包括老板），最高个税收到45%，这就使得企业家更愿意把钱放在公司里面，让公司发展壮大，而企业家勒紧裤腰带，少消费。。
我个人觉得要想提高消费，最高个税比例要降低下，你看香港是17%，新加坡最高档是24%，我们富人觉悟高，直接就给拿到了45%。。。大家觉得合适嘛 [允悲]

今天早晨测了下体重81.8公斤了。。20天掉了3公斤，这3公斤基本上都是这几天掉的，前面十多天都是维持体重。我要继续练下去，以后没准办个减肥学校。30天特训班，60天特训班什么的。
每天锻炼消耗1000卡，基础代谢拉起来。控制住饮食，饿了就吃点鸡蛋，牛肉干，猪肉脯什么的。强制睡眠，到点睡觉。三管齐下，绝对30天出效果。这个服务业多好，现在就能办，就用五星级宾馆的住宿，健身房，配餐我来安排。能招到学员嘛？[允悲]

今天儿子历史，政治期中考试考完了，班主任老师打来电话，说文科成绩都是年级前几名，非常好。。其中历史80分，政治85分。。特别是政治完全超出老师的预期，很多很复杂的开放式见解题，儿子都答出了“成人般”的思考深度。。思考的角度也非常丰富。
其实我一点不意外，这类靠段位强吃的科目，他都擅长。。。我对儿子说，你看历史政治你也没花什么功夫，一样能考好，其他人花了功夫也不如你，说明人都是有天赋的，只是存放的地方不一样。那些弱一些的数理化，也要抓一抓，争取搞上去。
后来，又追加了1500元奖学金予以鼓励。

好多岗位都是能创造出来的，要解放思想，比如引入100万合法菲佣，起到鲢鱼作用，刺激市场快速规范化，好好干活的就能拿到菲佣的收入，现在据说北京一些地下黑菲佣一个月都是2万。。家政行业搞好，创造1000万就业岗位我认为是松松的。
加上刚才说的1000万报税师，这就2000万了。另外我国律师行业也是从业人数太少，欧美发达国家律师很来钱的，香港最高分一般都学律师或者医科。一些地方要改改，鼓励群众打官司，打了官司有巨额回报，这样律师行业就发展起来了。社会不公平，不平等也少了，2023 年美国从业律师人数约为 135 万人，中国从业律师人数为 65.16 万人明显不合理，搞一搞，弄出了200万律师就业岗位也是松松的。
另一点，观念要变，什么北大卖猪肉，北大开滴滴，就被社会指指点点，好像非要坐办公室，做白领才有面子，这个真要改。不是从事直接生产才有面子，服务业是一样体面的工作。
我们的服务业真是潜力好大的。。
