Even attempts to make these systems more efficient such as reinforcement learning, which has been deployed by systems such as Deep Seek take inspiration from behaviorist experiments based on reward-punishment that were nothing if not cruel. The cycling of reward and punishment to help humans and animals learn the right answer seems not only crude but also a travesty to learning itself."

🔔 EU schválila sedmnáctý balík sankcí proti Rusku:
Už sedmnáctý balík sankcí proti Rusku ve středu schválili velvyslanci členských států EU. Zaměřený je především na jeho stínovou flotilu ropných tankerů. Nové postihy se mimo jiné týkají téměř 200 lodí zapojených do obcházení stávajících sankcí. Cílí ale i na subjekty a osoby spjaté s ruským vojensko-průmyslovým komplexem, procesy s ruskými opozičníky či šířením dezinformací.

Ministr zahraničí Jan Lipavský považuje za důležité, aby spojenci znovu označili Rusko za přímou hrozbu pro euroatlantický prostor. Uvedl to ve středu před svým odletem do Turecka na neformální setkání šéfů diplomacií zemí Severoatlantické aliance (NATO). Spojenci podle Lipavského nečelí jen samotnému Rusku a jeho prezidentovi, ale rovněž nové ose zla, kterou vytváří společně se Severní Koreou a Íránem.

你说的接受是指什么？谈判的套路不都是先各自亮出自己的一部分筹码，让对方重视起来，然后再坐下来谈，谈不拢再继续互亮筹码，再继续谈，谁的底牌大谁拿到的好处多。当然碰到诈唬得并且对手信了也能多拿好处。
