This is for the US, right? Can you pay the rent with your bank account or is this just direct cash/check to the landlord?
BitcoinWell has direct billers and etransfer in Canada but not sure about US. I'm guessing your landlord isn't a large rental firm? I think IBEX allows bitcoin to fiat transfers via their service. That's if your landlord wants another account to manage, not sure what fees would be like.
This won't help you, but BullBitcoin in Canada allows bitcoiners to pay direct to bank accounts, billers or e-transfer. Maybe someone else knows of something similar in the US.

Vliegverkeer en zeevaart beperkt rond NAVO-top in Den Haag
Rond de NAVO-top in Den Haag komende juni zullen beperkingen gelden in het luchtruim en op zee. In een straal van 16 kilometer rond de stad is geen enkel vliegverkeer toegestaan in de dagen rond de top, die op 24 en 25 juni plaatsvindt. Binnen een straal van 93 kilometer mag alleen worden gevlogen met toestemming van het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat.
De meeste beperkingen in het luchtruim gaan op 23 juni in de middag in en gelden tot 25 juni middernacht. In deze periode zal er geen 'klein vliegverkeer' mogelijk zijn van en naar Schiphol en Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Het gaat daarbij om recreatieve luchtvaart, zoals pleziervluchten, zweefvliegtuigjes en parachutesprongen, en commerciële luchtvaart, zoals rondvluchten, reclamevluchten en luchtballonvaarten.
Politievluchten, traumahelikopters, orgaantransporten en vluchten voor reddingswerk op zee blijven onder voorwaarden toegestaan.
Tussen Hoek van Holland en Noordwijk
Ook op zee gelden enkele beperkingen. Het gaat om een zone tussen Hoek van Holland en Noordwijk, tot ruim 22 kilometer uit de kust. Vanaf 20 juni tot 23 juni 15.00 uur kan het gebied worden bevaren door bijvoorbeeld vissers en rondvaartboten, maar alleen met toestemming van de havenmeester van Scheveningen. Van 23 juni 15.00 uur tot 25 juni middernacht is de zone volledig afgesloten voor de scheepvaart.
Eerder werd al bekend dat de Polderbaan op Schiphol niet beschikbaar is voor reguliere passagiersvluchten rond de NAVO-top. De start- en landingsbaan is gereserveerd voor regeringsvliegtuigen.
Omdat er op de luchthaven van mei tot september ook onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd aan een andere baan, zijn er in deze periode minder vluchten gepland.
Mijd de Randstad
Eerder deze maand riep Rijkswaterstaat weggebruikers in de Randstad al op om van maandag 23 juni tot en met donderdag 26 juni zoveel mogelijk thuis te werken, niet tijdens de spits te rijden en gebruik te maken van het openbaar vervoer. Weggebruikers kunnen ernstige hinder ondervinden in de regio, waarschuwde Rijkswaterstaat.
Tijdens de NAVO-top komen tientallen regeringsleiders, staatshoofden en ministers met delegaties naar Nederland. Volgens nationaal commandant Willem Woelders, die verantwoordelijk is voor de voorbereiding, gaat het om de "grootste veiligheidsoperatie in Nederland ooit".
