A melhor maneira de argumentar e solicitar um desbanimento é provar que teu caso não se aplica a ter quebrados nenhum dos termos de uso. Para isso, é bom tomar um tempinho e ler os termos, depois enviar um email com a cópia para eles e pedir para que mostrem qual a justificativa da sanção.
Achei curioso uma coisa que aconteceu no Telegram em um grupo privado. O adm tinha regras fixas e baniram minha amiga sem ela ter quebrado nenhuma delas. Aí eu fui perguntar e, no final da discussão, o adm disse que ser a própria regra e que simplesmente não queria a minha amiga lá baseado em sentimento. Parece bolsonarista falando sobre 72 horas. Em todo caso é esperar pelo menos uma resposta formal da plataforma.
