Cash is the prime example; it removed the nation state between points of visiblity; so the state could create laws that on paper were egregious, but ordinary people were at the time protected by unenforcibility. Now we need to find consensus within the mechanisms of state that they always were egregious, so they can be reformed. Hard to do.

I just want a fiat cushion so I don't have to dig into my Bitcoin, or Monero, etc. for things.
Right now, I have savings accounts in PayPal, ally, affirm, & Credit Karma but I want to know if I should open an account, or reutilize different accounts?
Sofi, Chase, BOA, Citi, Wells Fargo, etc., high yield savings, any recommendations are welcome.
I'd like to explore fidelity as well if they offer banking, and savings tools.
