Multiple! Covered the pipe with river stone. Looks nice! We have more to do. Last spring the pool on the cliff behind our house, tore open! 18 thousand gallons put our yard in our patio! The force of the water took out our dog fence and moved huge logs! No more pool for them! We took pics of the rust line where it tore. Their insurance tried to claim "act of God". I sent them the pics and they ended up paying out. Fuckers!

This is more likely to affect projects the broader a selection of web APIs they use. A project that's mostly HTML, CSS, and only essential JS is unlikely to get thrown if OPFS or IndexedDB wobble. But a complex local-first, API frontend, is almost certain to be hit by every hiccup that comes along
So, there's extra reason to be careful about pushing complexity to the browser front end.

We're already seeing Google effectively scuttle the web media industry by funnelling traffic to itself. That's already happened. What that means is they now no longer have a financial incentive to fund web browsers, since that funding is mostly for keeping the web a healthy vector for traffic

If Google does draw down funding then there is a huge risk of regressions and instability. Safari, for example, is a poster child for what happens to an underfunded browser: regressions in established features and new features get shipped with issues that go unfixed for a long time
This beaks feature-detection. The app will go "this test means this feature exists, I'll use that to improve the experience" but, because of the bugs, the feature-detection will be a lie and the app will be broken
