я больше из соображений практических. подавляющее большенство годного контента происходит в англоязыной среде. каждый раз когда я погружаюсь в локализованный контент (не обязательно русскоязыный кстати) то испытываю нечто вроде смеси испанского стыда и провинциального синдрома - все скучное, убогое и вторичное. и так было же не всегда. 100 лет назад немецкий был там где сейчас англиский. а учитывая геополитические тендценции допускаю, что через какоето время китайский может занять место английского. но пока мы имеем то, что имеем.
