福建省人民政府办公厅印发《关于进一步推动资本市场服务科技型企业高质量发展的若干措施》，其中提出，深挖债券市场服务科技创新潜力。加强与银行间市场交易商协会、境内外证券交易所和债券承销机构合作，常态化摸排企业发债融资需求，鼓励符合条件的优质科技型企业发行科创票据、科创公司债，探索发行知识产权ABS、技术产权ABS等资产证券化产品。进一步发挥AAA级担保增信机构作用，为省内企业特别是民营科技型企业发债提供增信支持。与证券交易所强化公募REITs产品政策、信息互通，支持大数据、人工智能、物联网等新型基础设施领域项目发行REITs产品，鼓励回收资金用于科技创新领域投资。
