Why?
The “and now we add AI” trend is hyper-accelerating the direction of established and emerging payments players in the direction of omniscient surveillance. See my previous note on Stripe.
It’s no longer as simple as “It’s Bitcoin or tyranny.” If we aren’t careful, we could end up with both.

Makes a lot of sense. So true
That’s why I try to stay away from GAS as much as possible. My main synths are the rytm and the four. Still learning but when I listen to what I made with them at first vs now, there’s a clear improvement. I sequence the td-3 through the other two so still only need to learn the main too. Mastering the gear is key. It can get way more creative. Watched some Aphex twin like jam on YT yesterday with the rytm. The guy was only using 3 tracks. Much more studying to do

A função do papa não é ser chefe de estado.
O papa não tinha exatamente mais poder que os reis na Idade Média. A Questão das Investiduras, o Atentado de Anagni, o Cativeiro de Avignon, o Grande Cisma do Ocidente e a própria Reforma Protestante mostram que o poder papal não era assim tão absoluto quanto parece, vide a Excomunhão de Isabel I da Inglaterra. Boa parte desses eventos ocorreram durante o ápice do poder papal.
