There are physical limits. Mindset isn’t the only limiting factor. How hard can you push? How intense can your life become? If you don’t work smart and try to succeed through hard work alone, you may hit that physical limit.
I’ve been pushing myself as hard as I could for the past several years — in all areas. My mindset was: “If you do something, give it your all or don’t do it at all”. I’ve been exhausted multiple times. Then I’d rest, analyze everything, make some changes, recover, and continue my pursuit of excellence.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been broken — physically and mentally. Weakness, pain, exhaustion, sadness, disappointment... I’ve been analyzing everything. Trying to recover. Reevaluating.
