记者从昨天召开的北京市百万减残工程推进会上了解到，目前北京市通过构建高效卒中急救体系，实现脑卒中救治全域覆盖，溶栓、取栓数量及效率居全国前列。昨天还发布了2025版脑卒中急救地图，覆盖北京市86家医院。截至目前，北京市已建成三级卒中中心46家、二级卒中中心24家，覆盖全部16个市辖区。2024年共完成急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓8631例、介入再通2586例，每百万人口溶栓量达395.3例，取栓量118.4例，远超全国平均水平。通过优化院前急救与院内救治衔接，北京市实现“溶栓不出区”的目标。
