An internal review obtained by CNN reveals that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is “not ready” for the upcoming Atlantic hurricane season, which begins on June 1. The report, prepared under the direction of Acting Administrator David Richardson, highlights significant challenges the agency has faced in recent months.
“As FEMA shifts toward a smaller operational footprint, the intent for this hurricane season remains unclear,” the review states. It also warns that “when an organization is told it may be eliminated or abolished, cooperation and resources begin to erode.”
President Trump and other senior administration officials have sharply criticized FEMA since January. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, whose department oversees the agency, has pledged to dismantle it. Former Acting Administrator Cameron Hamilton was dismissed last week after he publicly told Congress he did not support eliminating FEMA.

Ai的弊端就是不动脑子的孩子，急疯了老师，崩溃了家长，最后国家还选拔什么人才，只要提升Ai功能就行了么。
要不下一步研究一个大脑植入芯片，一切考试芯片植入，需要啥调啥，只要隔三差五升级就行了，再也不用小中高考历劫了，估计早晚会有的，人类文明发展到一定程度就是走捷径。
上班也能用，但那时不存在退休不退休，只要身体机能正常，就可以上班，随用随调，要不这每天熬夜早上来了单位，太久远的事情记不住根本记不住。
有了芯片植入大脑就不怕了，没有记不住这一说了。
AI已经被许多学生利用来做作业全靠AI。没动脑筋。变蠢货。
