Sure, here’s what happens when I use your link, or any BuzzPay link that I create.
The initial display says USD, but there is no decimal place, and all amounts entered are denominated in sats.
In order to fix this, I have to toggle the currency to something else such as EUR and then back to USD and now it shows my entry as $0.10 and calculates the correct amount of sats.

让我们看看这个案子能不能翻。
正常情况下死和死缓是自由裁量权，上级法院不会为了这个细节去改判的。如果此案提起再审了，并且最高法院直接介入，改判死刑立刻执行，那就说明她们的后台只可能是那个人了。法律对她们不利时，她们是可以修改规则的。
