अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प भले ही एपल को भारत में स्मार्टफोन न बनाने के लिए धमका रहे हों, लेकिन खुद यूएस डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ कॉमर्स की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि अमेरिका हर साल 425 लाख करोड़ रु. के उत्पाद और सेवाएं (भारत की जीडीपी से 32% ज्यादा) दुनिया से आयात करता है। 9 बड़ी अमेरिकी कंपनियां अपने 80% उत्पाद दूसरे देशों में बनाती या खरीदती हैं। 2002 में 77% अमेरिकी मेड इन यूएसए उत्पाद उपयोग करते थे। 2023 में यह संख्या 46% रह गई। 90% इलेक्ट्रिक सामान, 50% दवाएं, 75% कपड़े, 60% घरेलू सामान बाहर से आ रहे हैं। कोविड के बाद अमेरिका ने देसी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग पर जोर दिया। 300 कंपनियां इसमें शामिल हुईं, लेकिन अमेरिका में 3,207 रु./ घंटे की मजदूरी के चलते वे उत्पादन शुरू नहीं कर पाईं। चीन में यह 116 रु. है। कोविड के बाद के दो साल में अमेरिका की आयातित सामान पर निर्भरता 34% से 52% हो गई है। एपल के बाद सैमसंग पर भी टैरिफ की तलवार एपल पर 25% टैरिफ लगाने की धमकी दे रहे अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प दक्षिण कोरियाई स्मार्टफोन मैन्युफैक्चरर्स सैमसंग पर भी एक्शन ले सकते हैं। ब्लूमबर्ग की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि सैंमसंग पर भी टैरिफ की तलवार लटकी है, क्योंकि ट्रम्प ने कहा कि टैरिफ उन सभी कंपनियों पर लागू होगा, जो अमेरिका से बाहर अपने उत्पाद बना रही हैं। भारत के कुल स्मार्टफोन फोन निर्यात में एपल और सैमसंग का योगदान 94% है। 2024 में इसमें 6% की बढ़ोतरी भी इन्हीं दो कंपनियों की वजह से हुई। सैमसंग भारत में 6 करोड़ स्मार्टफोन हर साल बना रही है। अगले साल तक 9.3 करोड़ फोन बनाने लगेगी। अमेरिका दुनियाभर से सामान ले रहा, लेकिन दिक्कत सिर्फ भारत से 9 अमेरिकी कंपनियों की रिपोर्ट:- 1. एपल: 29 लाख करोड़ रु. के उत्पाद अमेरिका से बाहर बनाता है। इसमें 1.87 लाख करोड़ का उत्पादन भारत में है। वह अपने 80% आईफोन, 55% आईपेड और 80% मैकबुक चीन में बनाता है। वियतनाम में 65% एयरपोड और 90% एपल वॉच बनाता है। ताइवान में हिस्सेदारी 2 से 5% तो ब्राजील और थाईलैंड में 1-1% है। अमेरिका में सिर्फ मैक प्रो, एआई सर्वर चिप कंपोनेंट ही बनाता है। 2. गूगल: 60 से 70% फोन चीन, 20 से 30% वियतनाम और 10% भारत में बनाती है। अमेरिका में एक फोन नहीं बनाती। सालाना बाहरी उत्पादन 44 हजार करोड़ रु. है। 3. टेस्ला: 55% उत्पाद चीन,10% जर्मनी, शेष 35% अमेरिका में बनाती है। कंपनी आने वाले दिनों में भारत में उत्पादन करना चाहती है। टेस्ला के राजस्व में बाहर से बने उत्पादों की हिस्सेदारी 4.25 लाख करोड़ रु. से ज्यादा है। 4. एनवीडिया: चिप मेकर। 60-70% जीपीयू, टेंसर चिप और टेग्रा एसओसी चीन और ताइवान में बनाती है। महज 5-10% उत्पाद ही अमेरिका और इतना ही दक्षिण कोरिया में उत्पादन है। इसका सालाना 10.20 लाख करोड़ रु. का उत्पादन अमेरिका से बाहर का है। 5. नाइकी: इसका 50% उत्पादन वियतनाम, 20% चीन, 20% इंडोनेशिया, 5-10% थाईलैंड, 1-5% अमेरिका में है। 4.33 लाख करोड़ का उत्पादन बाहर करती है। 6. जॉनसन एंड जॉनसन: फार्मा और कंज्यूमर हेल्थ प्रोडक्ट बनाने वाली कंपनी अपने 40% उत्पाद ही अमेरिका में बनाती है। शेष 30% यूरोप 15% चीन और 10% भारत में बनाती है। बाहर बने उत्पादों का मूल्य 3.23 लाख करोड़ रु. है। 7. प्रॉक्टर एंड गेंबल: उपभोक्ता उत्पाद बनाने वाली यह कंपनी 40% उत्पाद अमेरिका, 15% चीन, 15% यूरोप और 5-10% उत्पाद फीलीपींस, थाईलैंड और भारत में बनाती है। बाहर बनने वाले उत्पाद की लागत 3.48 लाख करोड़ रु. है।
