外资大行再度“点赞”中国资产，汇丰：中国科技股较美股科技七雄估值大幅折让

3月12日，汇丰发布对于中国投资市场的最新观点。
汇丰环球私人银行及财富管理中国首席投资总监匡正表示，DeepSeek的横空出世触发了对中国人工智能发展前景的重估，科技板块带领股市上行，年初至今，恒生科技指数及恒生指数分别上行35%及21%。尽管股市在快速飙升后或面临调整风险，积极的刺激政策将提供更宽松的投资环境，人工智能的发展及商业化或将为中国资产重估持续提供动能。
他认为，从流动性的角度看，1月下旬以来，投向互联网巨头的南向资金已达132亿美元，年初至今的南向资金净流入达404亿美元，同比增长高达370%。春节以来，中国A股市场吸引了30亿美元海外资金流入。由于中美科技股的估值差距，亚洲股票基金及新兴市场股票基金也将部分仓位从美国调整至中国。
他还认为，监管部门积极推动中长期资金入市，要求公募基金持有A股流通市值未来三年每年至少增长10%，同时力争大型国有保险公司从2025年起每年新增保费的30%用于投资A股。这将为A股市场提供约1500亿美元的资金增量，A股市场流动性将保持充裕。
匡正称，从估值角度看，彭博统计显示恒生指数及MSCI中国指数12个月市盈率处于11倍及11.9倍，仍然较标普500指数21.5倍的市盈率存在49%及45%的折让，中国科技股也较美股科技七雄估值存在大幅折让，为全球投资者提供了从美国科技股多元化分散的标的选择。
他表示，在积极的增量政策支持下，中国经济数据展现出企稳回暖的迹象，采购经理人指数、文旅消费和房地产市场等领域均在近期出现增长亮点。在2月中旬调升中国股票观点至偏高，青睐互联网及科技股票占比较高的股票指数。
除了汇丰之外，近期，包括花旗、高盛集团、摩根士丹利、瑞银集团等在内的外资大行纷纷看好中国资产。
3月11日，花旗将美国股票评级从增持下调至中性，同时将中国股票评级上调至增持。
高盛则预测，未来10年，人工智能（AI）的广泛普及有望推动中国上市公司整体盈利每年提高2.5%，未来一年可能吸引超过2000亿美元的资金流入。
摩根士丹利研报预测，未来一段时间全球投资者对中国资产的关注将持续。
国际金融协会发布的最新国际资本流动报告显示，1月外国投资者积极布局中国资产，中国股票和债券吸纳的外资净流入总和超过了100亿美元，反映出看好中国资本市场已成为全球资本市场的主流观点。

Not related to this. But I watched Saylor’s presentation and I think he sees bitcoin in a wrong way. He even disproves his point of view during the same presentation in one of his examples.
Bitcoin is not “Digital Capital” it is not compared to real estate and the other examples he mentions.
Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System.
I also think he knows that (sometimes I doubt), and only says that to lure in his kind of people.
