O Programa Regulariza Pará da Secretaria de Estado de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade (Semas), concluiu esta semana mutirões de atendimento para análise, validação e entrega de Cadastros Ambientais Rurais (CAR) nos municípios de Mojuí dos Campos e Belterra, no oeste do Pará.

As ações conjuntas beneficiaram 437 posses/propriedades rurais, sendo 208 homens e 84 mulheres em Mojuí dos Campos e 97 homens e 48 mulheres em Belterra. No total, os mutirões abrangeram uma área de mais de 34,1 mil hectares. Foram validados 392 CARs, o que resultou na regularização de 30,7 mil hectares.
Em Mojuí dos Campos, os atendimentos ocorreram nos dias 14 e 15 de abril, na sede do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores e Trabalhadoras Rurais, com o apoio da Prefeitura Municipal e da Empresa de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural do Estado (Emater). Já em Belterra, o mutirão foi realizado no dia 16 de abril, na Câmara Municipal, também com o apoio da Prefeitura local, por meio da Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, e da equipe da Eemater.

“Viemos fazer uma retificação aqui do nosso CAR, com esse programa que o governo do Pará está oferecendo aos agricultores. Fomos bem atendidos, tivemos as informações que precisávamos e também sobre o Floresta Mais. Foi muito positivo, também tivemos atendimentos sobre o CAF (Cadastro Nacional da Agricultura Familiar) e a gente tá aqui pra agradecer por mais esse incentivo, esse programa que está chegando até a população”.
Hernan Barrantes, técnico em Gestão de Meio Ambiente, destacou a importância das parcerias para o sucesso das ações. “A colaboração com as prefeituras, sindicatos e a EMATER foi essencial. Os atendimentos individualizados tornaram o processo mais eficiente, possibilitando esclarecimentos detalhados sobre o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) e contribuindo diretamente para a regularização ambiental das propriedades rurais”, afirmou.

Felipe Hermes, agricultor e engenheiro agrônomo do município de Mojuí dos Campos, enfatizou que o mutirão ajuda os agricultores a fortalecer a comercialização de seus produtos. “A gente agradece a disponibilidade dos técnicos da Semas e dos técnicos do estado em disponibilizar e trazer a regularização ambiental pra essa região, mostrando que o agricultor hoje está fazendo o seu papel com a regularização das suas prioridades para poder comercializar os seus produtos para o Brasil e para o mundo”, disse.
Além dos serviços de inscrição, análise, validação e entrega de certificados, os mutirões contaram com o apoio do programa Floresta Mais Amazônia, que oferece incentivos financeiros aos pequenos produtores rurais por meio do Pagamento por Serviços Ambientais (PSA). A iniciativa visa beneficiar agricultores familiares em diferentes estágios de regularização no CAR com benefícios financeiros por serviços de conservação do meio ambiente.
Dos nove estados da Amazônia Legal, o Pará é o que possui mais beneficiários. Os pagamentos são anuais já ocorreram em 2022, 2023 e 2024, somam 2.075 hectares e R$ 2,1 milhões.
As inscrições para o Floresta+ Amazônia seguem abertas até 30 de junho de 2025.

As the market absorbs volatility or as stressors happen, Bitcoin emerges stronger. People learn that they have to be personally accountable and account for its volatility. They also have to be personally responsible for how it's stored. Maximally accountable. No one is coming to bail you out.
The fiat system is the opposite. As they print more money the system becomes progressively more fragile.
