55%不认可,特朗普经济政策支持率跌至历史最低

美国总统唐纳德·特朗普能在2024年的美国大选中击败民主党总统候选人卡玛拉·哈里斯,关键原因之一是美国选民认为特朗普比哈里斯更擅长处理经济问题。
但随着特朗普上台后对全球实施关税措施、美股剧烈下挫、美国国债收益率持续攀升,选民眼中的特朗普经济光环正在消失。
美国消费者新闻与商业频道(CNBC)4月20日发布的全国民调显示,对特朗普处理经济问题的表现,高达55%受访者表示不认可,仅有43%受访者认可。这也是CNBC对特朗普两次任总统的所有民调中,特朗普在经济问题上的不支持率首次高于支持率。

近日,中国进口商从巴西集中采购了至少40艘货轮、共计240万吨大豆。业内人士表示,这批大豆大多将于5月至7月装船出货,采购量约占中国月均进口总量的三分之一。
在此次大规模采购前后时间,中国对原产于美国的进口商品加征关税,反制其对等措施。中国正加快推进对大豆、玉米的“去依赖”进程,但这场“脱钩”并非突发,而是过去数年政策引导、产业试验与市场演化的集中体现。
通过进口多元化与技术革新“双轮驱动”,中国正系统性降低对美依赖,重塑全球大豆与玉米供应链格局。
大豆与玉米虽非直接食用,却是中国养殖体系的核心支柱。大豆主要用于榨油和饲料豆粕(豆粕占畜禽饲料蛋白来源的90%以上),玉米则是生猪、蛋禽、肉鸡养殖的主要能量饲料。2024年,中国大豆消耗量约为1.17亿吨,其中超过85%依赖进口;玉米进口量仅占国内总供应量的4.4%,但深加工与育种环节的进口依赖仍在加深。
自2015年以来,美国一直是中国最主要的大豆供应国之一。2017年,中国从美国进口3285万吨大豆,占全部进口量的34%;到2024年,进口量降至2213万吨,市场份额缩至22%。尽管中国仍是美国大豆最大的出口目的地,其战略地位已不复从前。
与美国形成鲜明对比的,是巴西近年在中国大豆进口市场上的明显增势。2024年,中国从巴西进口大豆的金额已占大豆进口总金额的69.16%,美国大豆则占中国大豆进口额的22.83%。阿根廷、乌拉圭、加拿大共计占据2024年中国大豆进口额的7%左右份额。
根据巴西国家商品供应公司(CONAB)预计,巴西2024/25年度大豆产量将达到1.68亿吨,2024年巴西大豆出口潜力高达1.1亿吨,远超同期的美豆供应能力。
在正常贸易环境下,巴西大豆到岸价较美豆低5%-10%,其蛋白含量(平均47%)与含油量略优于美豆,更适配中国饲料加工需求。同时,多家企业向界面新闻表示,对美原料依赖已明显下降。
记者从新希望集团相关人士处获悉,2024年公司自美国进口的饲料原料仅占全年使用总量不到2%,主要涉及玉米、高粱、乳清粉等品类。自2018年中美贸易摩擦以来,公司持续拓展多元化采购渠道,提升国产原料替代比例,逐步降低对美进口依赖。
金龙鱼则回应称,原料进口方面,从原料端来看,南美大豆丰产,中国国储大豆和国产大豆也有所增加,无需依赖美国进口。小麦、玉米、水稻以国内自给自足为主,进口占比不大,有少量需要进口的原料可以从黑海等地进口即可满足需求。
不过,巴西供应链仍存在结构性短板。其内陆运输依赖未铺装公路,物流成本占比达25%(美国仅8%),且易受雨季影响。同时,由于南北半球种植季节互补,过度依赖巴西大豆可能在一季度与四季度面临供应空窗期。
更重要的是,过度依赖单一进口来源可能威胁粮食安全。一旦主供国遭遇自然灾害或出口政策波动,将对中国原料供应链造成系统性冲击。目前,中国正加快构建覆盖南美、东欧、中亚乃至非洲的多元进口体系,以提升农业外循环的韧性与稳定性。
除巴西外,中国正与乌克兰、阿根廷等国家建立长期采购机制。中欧班列已将乌克兰至中国的运输周期压缩至20天,利好玉米、豌豆等品类进口。阿根廷则凭借其大豆压榨产能,向中国出口豆粕等深加工产品,从源头绕开美豆依赖。与此同时,中国企业还积极参与巴西桑托斯港等物流枢纽建设,使年货运能力提升至1400万吨,进一步保障供应稳定。
除了外部调整,中国农业体系也在内部同步推进供给优化。“大豆振兴计划”持续推进,国产大豆产量自十年前的1200万吨增至2022年后的2000万吨以上,自给率提升至18%。北大荒集团尾山农场引入‘龙垦3092’高蛋白品种,亩产达569斤,蛋白含量达40%。玉米方面,全国转基因玉米试点种植面积已突破1000万亩,单产提升10%-15%,随着商业化落地加速,未来将进一步降低高成本进口玉米的必要性。
根据国家统计局及中国海关总署数据,2013至2022年,我国玉米产量自24845.3万吨增长至27720.3万吨,年复合增长率为1.22%;我国玉米需求量自25164万吨增长至29782万吨,年复合增长率为1.89%。国产玉米占据我国玉米需求的绝对比例,国产玉米量增长情况也大于玉米需求的增长率。
在企业端,大豆、玉米的减量替代成为行业共识。中信建投农业研究院魏鑫对界面新闻表示,在具体应用场景,国内养殖企业对于低蛋白配方已有一定程度研究,加上整体养殖效率的提升,对美豆的依赖程度逐步下降。
在养殖效率上,自动化与精细化管理使头部企业每公斤完全成本降至15元以下,这有助于控制饲料消耗水平。
2023年,农业农村部在《饲用豆粕减量替代三年行动方案》中提出,到2025年将饲料中豆粕占比从2022年的14.5%降至13%以下。国家统计局数据显示,2024年1—10月,全国豆粕用量同比下降8%,已基本实现该阶段目标。企业层面,新希望、牧原等头部养殖企业的豆粕使用比例已降至10%以下。
农业农村部生猪产业监测预警首席专家王祖力表示,豆粕使用比例仍有进一步压缩空间。“养殖效率的提升,每年大约可节省一个百分点的豆粕使用量,短期内边际效益尚未显现明显递减。”王祖力认为。
与此同时,昆虫蛋白、单细胞蛋白、乙醇梭菌蛋白等新型蛋白源正加速产业化。在政策与技术共同推动下,这些替代品将有效补充蛋白供给,进一步削弱传统豆粕的主导地位。
