**Justiça espanhola vê “motivação política” e nega pedido de extradição de Oswaldo Eustáquio**

A Justiça da Espanha rejeitou a extradição do jornalista Oswaldo Eustáquio, considerado foragido desde dezembro de 2022 pelo judiciário brasileiro. Apoiador do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), ele foi processado no Brasil por suposta participação na tentativa de golpe e disseminação de notícias falsas e mensagens antidemocráticas.
A Audiência Nacional espanhola considerou "improcedente" sua extradição devido à conduta "com evidente vínculo e motivação política, já que é realizada no âmbito de uma série de ações coletivas de grupos que apoiam Bolsonaro (…) e se opõem ao atual presidente Lula da Silva".
O Ministério Público da Espanha pediu ao tribunal, no mês passado, que não concedesse sua extradição, argumentando que ele e sua família estão sofrendo "perseguição política" e que, se o tribunal concordasse, seria torturado.
O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) determinou a prisão de Eustáquio em 2022, mas ele já havia deixado o país. Em 2024, o jornalista se colocou à disposição da Justiça espanhola por meio de seu advogado e apresentou um pedido de asilo.
"Sou um perseguido político", afirmou Eustáquio na audiência de extradição, opondo-se à sua entrega, argumentando que os atos pelos quais ele é acusado no Brasil se enquadram no escopo de seu direito à liberdade de expressão na Espanha.
No Brasil, Eustáquio é acusado de abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito e golpe de Estado. Ele está sendo investigado por suposta participação em uma campanha de intimidação de policiais federais e por divulgar informações pessoais sobre um vereador ligado ao caso de Bolsonaro, a quem ele acusa de violar a lei.
A este respeito, os juízes espanhóis destacaram que se trata de crimes, "se não políticos, legalmente definidos como tal, já que não existe em nosso ordenamento jurídico nenhum tipo de crime ao qual se atribua essa denominação, em que a conduta (…) não constitua, em primeiro lugar, uma violação do direito comum e tenha uma finalidade em primeiro lugar política".
Os juízes acreditam que há "razões suficientemente fundamentadas" para acreditar que, se a extradição for concedida, "haverá um alto risco" de que "sua situação possa ser agravada por suas opiniões políticas".
O contexto de agitação política, o processo penal aberto no Brasil contra o suspeito por crimes semelhantes, sua condição de jornalista, as três prisões que sofreu e os maus-tratos que alega ter sofrido são alguns dos motivos alegados pela Justiça espanhola para negar sua extradição.
Oswaldo Eustáquio é um dos principais réus no inquérito das "milícias digitais", relatado pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes. Na semana passada, o Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública (MJSP) solicitou sigilo ao governo da Espanha no processo de extradição do jornalista.
A Gazeta do Povo entrou em contato com Oswaldo Eustáquio, mas ainda não obteve retorno. O espaço segue aberto para manifestações.

I created an Express-like library for Solidity contracts
Not sure if this is interesting to others or useful, but I wrote a library that provides an Express- or Hono-like middleware and routing experience to smart contracts. I had the idea last night, starting tinkering today, then decided to just build it out and see how it felt.
