GNOME 3 has been trash. If it was for a tablet or phone ok but not with a large screen mouse/keyboard . But they’re working back to making it like 2 again but very very slowly.
KDE is getting even better don’t see that much difference in the 5 to 6 work flow but menus are cleaned up and their apps always solid. I prefer a windows manager like dwm than KDE on a workstation. Anything but gnome please

And you do need to change your account settings to ensure you add a passkey and that you don’t rely on SMS two-factor authentication. This is being phased out, but you should move faster and change today.
More importantly, these sophisticated attacks on Gmail users that pretend to be from Google all rely on two false premises: that Google’s support staff may reach out to you by email, phone or message; and if you ever do receive an email or message relating to an account issue, that Google may “ask for any of your account credentials — including your password, one-time passwords [or] confirm push notifications.” The same is true of the company sending links to pages where you enter your credentials — it will not.
Last time there was this furor over a similar attack, Google asked me to “reiterate to your readers that Google will not call you to reset your password or troubleshoot account issues.” And it has reissued that warning in the wake of this latest attack. But the danger is this simple advice is drowned out by the technicalities of 0Auth and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) checks to authenticate senders, including Google itself. "

Sometimes it matters what order you put things in. In the Faketoshi03 opposition, I failed to notice that the problem with the patent was not just that it wasn't novel or inventive, but that it was also fatally flawed because it had been amended badly.
The Opposition Division (OD) helped out with this when they raised an objection of added matter, which in the end was enough to kill the patent. The patentee has appealed the decision and is trying to get this overturned. This will, I expect, not work.
The problem comes down to how the features of claim 1 were ordered - as set out by the OD in their decision. Feature F1.6 has to come after F1.5 because you can't provide the further blockchain transaction if you haven't first searched for it.
We argued this in the opposition and objected that the claim was impossible to implement because the further transaction could not be provided if it was absent. The patentee then deleted the words "or absence" from F1.5, thereby admitting that this was the intended order.
This seems to have triggered the OD to look more closely at where the features all came from. Here are the original claims the patentee said provided basis for claim 1 of the patent: 1, 3, 6 and 7. See what the order is?
A plain reading results in the "monitoring or searching" step coming *after* the "providing a further blockchain transaction" step, contrary to how it was presented in claim 1 as granted, thereby adding matter. This was enough for the OD to find the patent invalid.
The patentee is now arguing on appeal that the order doesn't matter, even though they had made an amendment that depended on the order we argued for. In reply, we will be saying that they are wrong and that they are now trying to backtrack from their own admission.
This is another case that is going to take a while to resolve, possibly a couple of years, but it seems clear already where this is going.

It actually does have limits for buying. The most you can buy at once on Bitkey through Cash App is $2k and regardless of vendor the max is $29k. The same is probably also true for selling.
Sure, sending P2P on Bitkey is unlimited like with any bitcoin L1 wallet, but that’s almost irrelevant since their users will get and sell the bitcoin through the bitkey interface, which had the previous mentioned limits.
I get their key demo is thousand dollar networthers (no offense), but those limits are kind of ridiculous tbh

Tom Lausen erklärt im Interview einige brandaktuelle Datenfunde. Zum einen hat er sehr interessante Dinge in den Datensätzen der Abrechnungen für Untersuchungsmethoden am Patienten seit 2019 bis 2024 gefunden. Hier gab es Auffälligkeiten bei Untersuchungsmethoden am Herzen.
Zum anderen klärt er im Gespräch über seltsame Koinzidenzen zwischen dem Medikament Remdesivir und den Todesfällen von Bergamo auf.
