À época, Fux anunciou que revisaria a pena de 14 anos de prisão imposta à Débora.
De acordo com Júnior, Fux entendeu que a cabeleireira não cometeu os crimes de golpe de Estado, abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito, nem associação criminosa armada.
“É exatamente isso que estamos defendendo desde o começo”, disse Júnior, ao afirmar que é um absurdo uma mulher pegar 14 anos de prisão depois de escrever “perdeu, mané”, na Estátua da Justiça.
Débora está em prisão domiciliar
O julgamento de Débora termina em 6 de maio. O advogado disse esperar que o voto de Fux traga reflexão aos demais ministros.

Débora foi transferida para prisão domiciliar em 28 de março, depois de dois anos detida. A cabeleireira deve cumprir algumas medidas cautelares. Ela não pode dar entrevistas nem usar redes sociais.
A Polícia Federal não encontrou provas de que Débora invadiu prédios públicos. Em depoimento ao STF, a cabeleireira pediu desculpas. Ela afirmou que agiu pelo “calor da situação”.
