今天（4月25日）上午，我在工作之余，随便刷刷知乎，看到一个问题：“李永乐因网络舆论压力患上抑郁症，这反映了哪些问题？”
李永乐是吉林省吉林市人，生于1983年，现为中国人民大学附属中学物理教师。据其自述，他于2014年在网上看到了美国一家叫“可汗学院”的教育机构制作的教学和科普视频，便萌生了录制类似的视频作为教学辅助的想法。3年之后的2017年，他的一则有关闰年的视频突然走红，还得到了官媒的转发和推介，于是一跃成为著名的网络科普大V，并因此在2023年获选为北京市政协委员。
两年前还极度风光、红极一时的网络大咖，两年后怎么突然传出了抑郁的消息？原来，最近有一家叫中国网络节目视听服务协会的机构，联合腾讯新闻，出品了一档叫《像素生长》的纪录片节目，打算采访一些视频创作者，听他们讲述自己的故事。这些创作者在最近20年的视频时代中，靠制作视频产生了巨大的影响力。第一辑节目一共邀请了5组6位嘉宾（其中2位是夫妇），其中就有李永乐。
根据知乎那个问题的详细描述，在视频中，“李永乐表示，视频播放量［太少］并不是导致抑郁的原因，而是一些来自不同方面的声音和网络上的‘诋毁’给他带来了心理压力”，于是因为这些“恶意‘碰瓷’和苛责，自己陷入了抑郁症的困境”。
我要承认，我一开始并没有看《像素生长》，仅凭这几句表述，就发表了如下的回答：
2023年8月24日，李永乐配合政府宣传，录制反对日本排放核废水的“科普”视频。
2024年1月21日，李永乐又以北京市政协委员的身份接受访谈，“希望政府对大V加强管理和教育”。
我想知道，那个时候，他想过自己后来会“患上抑郁症”吗？
我没想到，就这三句话、100多个字的简短回答，竟然引来了李永乐本人的答复：
不知道日本排放核污水污染全世界，是给你钱了还是怎么的？连别人说句批评的话你都这么跳脚？网络大V不应该发布正能量内容吗？就应该发布低俗、诽谤、造谣的东西是吗？啥也不是！

看到之后，我也不客气，立即回复道：
我不过是上午刷知乎，偶然看到了这个问题，随手写下了这个答案，没想到能招来本人评论。我不管您是真人回复还是助手代回，既然您这么义愤填膺，那我会好好写篇文章回应，这是您应得的。
而李永乐也随即再次回复：
哎呦，好像我多怕你写文章一样。好好写吧，把你抹黑的本事都用上。但我提醒你，网络不是法外之地，如果诽谤造谣了，那你就要小心自己是不是会惹上麻烦了。

坦率地说，我到现在，仍然不确定知乎这个回复者，究竟是李永乐本人，还是他人代笔。不过这并不重要。顶着这个“李永乐老师”账号，即使是代笔，也可以视为代表了本人的意见，所以我下面就默认上面这两则回复出自李永乐本人之手。
既然我公开表示，要写一篇文章回应，那么为了认真答复，确保没有“诽谤造谣”，我首先在B站上把李永乐本人亲自发布的《像素生长》节目完整看了一遍。
看完之后，我确认知乎那个问题中的详细描述是准确的。比如我非常关心 “陷入了抑郁症的困境”这句话的准确性，因为在精神病学上，“抑郁状态”（depressive state）和“抑郁症”（depression）是有严格区分的。抑郁状态比较常见，每个人一生中可能都会有一段时间要经历这样的低落时期，通常程度较轻，易于缓解。抑郁症则比较严重，达到了精神障碍的程度，需要非常严格和谨慎的诊断才能确定，而且需要专业的医疗干预。假如李永乐只是抑郁状态，而并没有确诊为抑郁症，那么我在知乎回答中说他“患上抑郁症”，大概就可以算一种“诽谤造谣”了。
在《像素生长》视频的15分05秒处，编导以字幕的方式写道：“在前采之中，李永乐告诉我们，由于网络舆论压力和家庭变故，自己从去年开始，遭受了抑郁症的困扰”，这里明确出现了“抑郁症”三个字。尽管李永乐本人在视频中一直只说自己是“抑郁”，没说是“症”，但至少我可以放心地说，“抑郁症”三个字确实在视频里面出现了，李永乐本人也没有纠正，所以我并没有“诽谤造谣”。

反过来，我倒要质问一下李永乐——你到底只是抑郁状态，还是真的抑郁症？不懂医学的人，往往会混淆抑郁状态和抑郁症，把相对轻微的抑郁状态说成抑郁症。这种小题大做，很容易误导一般民众，导致真正的抑郁症病人承受无谓的误解和歧视（比如“玉玉症”的调侃）。如果你李永乐只是抑郁状态，是不是应该把视频中那处字幕改正一下，以免误人子弟？
我关心的另一个问题，则是李永乐所谓的“诋毁”“碰瓷”，到底是什么。
在《像素生长》采访中，他谈了自己压力的几个来源，一是来自学生、家长、同事、领导的反感，觉得他在网上录视频有点不务正业，这显然不能算是“诋毁”，也与我无关。
二是“一些视频博主在网上对李永乐进行了攻击”，比如攻击他“基本逻辑漏洞很多”，“物理水平真的是本科毕业很悬的水平”，“只想利用这些视频去赚钱出名”，“只是在维护个人的形象和利益”，等等，并用类似外号的“李网红”称呼他。按李永乐的说法，这里面有很多人是他在“知识网红”这个领域的竞争者，“自己希望在网上卖课，但他们又卖不出去”，所以只能靠诋毁他来换流量。
是不是有这种靠贬低他人来恶性竞争的视频博主？我相信肯定有。他们攻击李永乐的那些话，是不是“诋毁”和“碰瓷”？我相信有相当一部分应该是。但我不是视频博主，从来没有在网上卖过课，更没有一直盯着李永乐的视频不放，所以他针对这些人的指控，也与我无关。
如果李永乐的压力和抑郁状态主要只不过来自视频博主同行的攻击，那我就不明白了：他亲自出镜，录制日本排放核废水的相关视频，身影尚在；他提案主张政府对大V加强管理和教育，也证据分明。我不过就是把这两件事又简单说了一遍，为什么会让他如此愤怒，亲自下场回复我？
所以也许还有另一种可能，就是我这种类型的批评，也属于他这两年来经受的压力的来源。或许他在接受《像素生长》长达数个小时的采访中也谈到了这一方面，但出于我们所不知道的原因，最后剪辑出来的20多分钟的成片里，这方面的控诉全被删掉了。
我本人生于1982年，比李永乐大一岁。我也是北大本科毕业生，是李永乐的校友（这不是套近乎，只是阐明一个客观事实）。我在2007年开始从事科学传播工作，则比李永乐早了7年（这也不是摆老资格，同样只是阐明一个客观事实）。因此，李永乐的很多理念，我本来都是非常支持的。
比如他说，录制科普和教学视频的主要动机，是希望让优质的知识资源能够传播得更广，因为“知识应该公平地抵达每一个渴望它的人”，这个观点我就完全赞成。
比如他提到的学生、家长、同事和领导批评他做网红是不务正业，这也是国内外学术界人士对科普人士和有志于做科普的业内人士普遍存在的偏见，我这十几年来在网上也听到过很多次，至今也仍然愤愤不平。
至于那些自己没什么水平，不好好做内容，却靠诋毁他人赚取流量的视频博主，我也同样深恶痛绝。假如李永乐的抑郁状态真的主要归咎于这方面的压力，那我也会狠狠鄙视这些人。但因为我不是医学专家，所以我不会像李永乐那样，随随便便把别人诊断为“人格障碍”——这也是严肃的精神病学术语，有道德的人不应该胡乱拿来骂人。
我对李永乐的批评其实很简单，就是他作为一个科普网红，故意往政治上面靠，在这个过程中确实犯了一些错误。他既然享受了政治议题带来的红利，就应当承担相应的风险和义务，而不能权责不对等，只要权利，不要义务。
我现在就详细讲一下我在知乎回答中提到的两件事。
首先是2023年8月24日李永乐录制的题为《日本核污水排海有哪些严重后果？》的视频。该视频全长16分10秒，至今在互联网上还能看到。前面大约8分半的时间，是讲解原子的结构和原子核衰变的知识。从8分37秒开始，李永乐开始批评日本排放的核废水中含有放射性核素氚，而“我们并不清楚”，“氚会不会在海水中富集”，并随着小鱼吃浮游生物、大鱼吃小鱼的过程，最终富集到作为生物链顶端的大鱼体内，再进入消费海产品的人类体内。随后，他又夹叙夹议，批评了核废水中的铯-137和锶-90是危害更大的放射性核素，而且因为半衰期很长，100年后还能残余将近10%，于是祸及“我们孙子的孙子”。
已经有很多人指出，李永乐并不清楚生物富集（bioconcentration）的原理。事实上，能发生生物富集的污染物主要是难以代谢或难以排出体外的脂溶性有机物（如DDT等含氯有机物）和重金属（如铅、镉、汞等），而氚作为氢的一种同位素，它的化学表现与一般的氢同位素相同，主要分布在水分子和代谢很快的有机分子中，因此基本不会出现生物富集现象。李永乐在做这期视频之前，肯定查过不少相关资料，但为何就没查到这个本来非常清楚的事实，而非要在“我们并不清楚”的搪塞之下乱说氚的毒理？
从视频的14分37秒开始，李永乐又大讲特讲“核污水和核废水不是一回事”。他在《像素生长》中愤慨地指责别人老对他抠字眼，然而硬要区分核污水和核废水，恰恰就是抠字眼。按照中文学术界的术语规范，废水（wastewater）本来是一个非常广泛的通称。比如《水产名词（2002）》的定义就是“生活或生产活动用过的水”。污水在学术界则一般作为英文sewage的翻译，是指非生产活动产生的不清洁水。比如按《生态学名词（2006）》，其定义是“生活活动产生的不清洁水的总称。包括来自城镇系统的雨雪水”。
因此，日本排海的核废水，虽然不是核电站正常产生的核废水，但称它为“核废水”一点问题都没有。如果要强调这种核废水的不正常，称之为“核污染废水”或简称“核污染水”均可。但如果称之为“核污水”，那就是不伦不类；如果非要说这种“核污水”不是“核废水”，那就更是陷入了诡辩的话术。我现在还记得，2023年9月前后，每当有人在网上提到日本排放“核废水”，就总会有一大堆网友志愿充当语言督察，硬要纠正说“是核污水不是核废水”，不知道这些语言督察里面，有多少就是受了李永乐的误导？
李永乐在视频的最后说，日本非要排放核废水，“不过是一个为了省钱而想出的馊主意而已”。我对这句话就不做评价了，只想说两点：第一，这期有关核废水的视频，才发布了两个多星期，就被他本人删除了。在我印象中，他后来曾经对删除这期视频的行为做过正面回应，但因为我没有即时保留证据，现在也搜不到他的回应了。
第二，日本排放核废水这件事，现在已经翻篇。比如2024年9月20日，中国外交部宣布，中日两国已就福岛核废水排放问题达成共识，中方将逐步恢复从日本进口水产品。当时深度参与了这个话题的李永乐，既然有志于科普事业，就应该认真复盘，检讨自己犯了什么错误，以后是否能够有所改进。只要他能表达一点点反思的精神，我可能都不会就这个事揪住他不放。可惜，面对我的质询，他的反应却是公然怀疑我拿了日本人的钱——我想请问李永乐，你这是不是对我的“诽谤造谣”？
至于2024年1月21日，李永乐在接受访谈时说“希望政府对大V加强管理和教育”，这个事情倒是比较简单。根据新闻报道的转述，他的原话是：“现在互联网上的意见领袖，也就是所谓‘大V’影响力很大，但政治素质良莠不齐，这份提案建议对这部分群体加强团结和培训，或者为他们提供一些法律援助，引导网络大V们呈现更多正能量。”说白了，就是要更严格地监管网络言论自由。
我的疑虑是，如果这种严格监管造成了误杀怎么办？被错误封杀的大V，有没有法律上的救济途径，可以捍卫自己的合法权益？这本来是一个应当认真探讨的问题，作为提案人的李永乐，同样有义务接受质疑，但他却故意回避了讨论，用情绪化的诘问来反击：“网络大V不应该发布正能量内容吗？”唉，理性何在？逻辑何在？
确实，李永乐作为一名在高考中出类拔萃的理科生，讲授了十几年物理学，又录制过那么多有关数学的科普视频，但一着起急来，逻辑就变得一塌糊涂。对于李永乐回复我的那两条评论，我可以做出如下的逻辑谬误分析，供大家参考：
“不知道日本排放核污水污染全世界，是给你钱了还是怎么的？”——诉诸人身（ad hominem）；
“网络大V不应该发布正能量内容吗？就应该发布低俗、诽谤、造谣的东西是吗？”——虚假两难（false dilemma），似乎大V发布的内容如果不是正能量，就一定是低俗、诽谤、造谣的东西似的；
“好好写吧，把你抹黑的本事都用上。”——稻草人谬误（strawman fallacy），把理性的批评和商榷歪曲为“抹黑”；
“如果诽谤造谣了，那你就要小心自己是不是会惹上麻烦了。”——诉诸恐惧（appeal to fear）。
简单总结一下：我支持李永乐的很多观点，唯一不赞同的，就是他在涉及政治议题时，不仅犯了错误，而且在面对网友的质疑时，态度不够体面，不符合他竭力想给自己打造的人设。我在知乎上随手写了几句评论，在我看来，已经非常客气了。但既然李永乐连这样温和的吐槽都无法接受，非要和我硬扛，那么我也只能不客气了。
这篇回复文章，写到这里着实有些长了。我最后对李永乐再说几句话吧。
其实我非常熟悉和理解你作为一名优异的80后理科小镇做题家的心态（因为我自己差不多也是这样的出身）。你的问题，一是自视甚高，执念太深，一方面故做达观地说，“一个人的命运，当然要看自己的奋斗，但是更要看历史的进程”（我很清楚你这句话的出处是哪里），但另一方面又忍不住要抱怨自己不受重视。这种拧巴的心态不解决，你的抑郁状态怕是也很难彻底摆脱。何况，你都贵为政协委员了，这样的待遇，已经远远超越了绝大多数科普工作者，而且想必通过这一类渠道认识了很多和你一样又红又专的同道中人，为什么我在你的访谈中完全看不出这些优渥待遇和同志之谊带给你的欣喜呢？是不喜欢吗？
二是人文素养欠佳，缺乏对言论市场的认识。在现代社会，言论也构成一个市场，什么样的言论能传播开来，本来是可以通过市场竞争来公平地决断的。在视频这个赛道，你特别在乎自己被文化程度不如自己的人比下去，甚至酸溜溜地说，“随便拍点什么的人，反而收入会特别高”，还对王境泽和张雪峰这两个你似乎看不惯的网红点名道姓。但你也明知道现在这个言论市场上，团队合作就是胜过个人单打独斗，更为通俗和快节奏的内容就是胜过你慢悠悠的粉笔板书，客观现实如此，你那些不甘和委屈，又能有多大意义？
毫无疑问，我写的这篇文章，也将要经受言论市场的考验。也许几天之后，这篇文章就会湮没无闻，那我会坦然接受这个现实。但假如若干年后，这篇文章并没有被大量赞美你的文章淹没，而仍然成为很多人（可能还有未来的史学家）了解你的重要参考资料之一，特别是通过你回复我的评论，可以看到你不同于视频中儒雅形象的另一面，那就说明它在言论市场上是有价值的。我再说一遍——这篇文章是你应得的。
言尽于此，请李永乐老师判断，我是不是在“诽谤造谣”吧。
