A receptação é um desses crimes que o PNA não consegue explicar satisfatoriamente, pois sem a base da ética argumentativa, não consegue apontar o que é ser um participante indireto de um crime (corroborar no ato do crime ou na ocultação depois de feito).
Além disso, a pessoa que aceita o dinheiro no caso de receptação não é um órgão de investigação ou de justiça, não tem como ela propriamente saber se não daria para que o dinheiro ser devolvido a alguém, e como eu disse antes, se não é do criminoso, e nem foi retirado diretamente da pessoa, não é para ela receber, ainda mais quando o valor excede ao que é retirado dela.
