4月27日，贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了贵州省六盘水市委原一级巡视员付国祥受贿一案。黔南布依族苗族自治州人民检察院指控：1999年至2020年，被告人付国祥利用担任六盘水市钟山区汪家寨镇党委书记，钟山区委常委、纪委书记，原盘县县委常委、纪委书记，副书记、常务副县长、书记，原水城县委副书记、县长，六盘水市委常委、盘州市委书记等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在工程承揽、征地拆迁、贷款担保等方面提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币2573万余元，其中部分未实际取得。检察机关提请以受贿罪追究付国祥的刑事责任。
