Okay, let’s be clear: circumcision was the symbol with alliance with God. This is in all holy books.
After Jesus, the alliance changed, not requiring it anymore.
Apart from that, there are reasons on why circumcision could be “healthy”. I’ve read about it a while ago, they kinda made sense (especially if a man has premature ejaculation and/or very high sensitivity). I’m not circumcised, so I’m not sure if the benefits are real.
But, to answer your friend, I would be like: man, I don’t know. Never thought about it.

I think governments can obligate you to pay dues, like any organisation you can join, and this is not necessarily and always an injustice, so long as you are free to ask or agitate for redress, or to simply leave, and thereby refuse their governing.
Governments, like all organisations, also face market pressures to reform and maintain attractiveness. They are not outside of, or above, the market. They are simply usually the largest and most-powerful participant within a particular region. The more important thing for me is that governments should be many, small in scope and size, adhere to the principle of subsidiarity, and be focused on protecting the natural rights of the citizenry who finance and support their upkeep.

There are different ways to look at it. Bitcoin may become the preferred money or there may be laws preventing future CBDCs from being converted to bitcoin.
I'm on the fence about the whole thing. Bitcoin could be the dominant money in 15 years. Or it could be 50 years. I am having a hard time reading the tea leaves. Clearly the current powers that be would prefer to recapitalize the dollar on bitcoin, but the banking elite want cbdcs. I expect both to get pushed aside by sound money eventually. But I can't say when.
What I'm trying to encourage is a change minset.

Conservatives had a double-digit lead in polls amid public outcry over Trudeau, inflation, and steep housing costs - leading Trudeau to bow out for a Liberal party leadership contest that saw Carney take pole position.

Liverpool wint kampioensduel met 5-1, Slot eerste Nederlandse coach met Premier League-titel
Arne Slot en Liverpool hebben op overtuigende wijze de titel in de Premier League veiliggesteld. De Reds hadden op Anfield genoeg aan een punt tegen Tottenham Hotspur, maar deden daar een flink schepje bovenop: 5-1.
Het is de 20ste landstitel voor Liverpool, dat daarmee op gelijke hoogte komt met recordhouder en aartsrivaal Manchester United.
Met vier speelronden te gaan, is de voorsprong op nummer twee Arsenal vijftien punten en onoverbrugbaar. Het is voor Liverpool pas de tweede titel in het Premier League-tijdperk (sinds 1992). In 2020 werd de club onder Slots voorganger Jürgen Klopp ook kampioen, destijds vanwege corona in een leeg stadion.
De 46-jarige Slot zorgt in zijn eerste seizoen als coach van Liverpool voor een primeur. Hij werd de eerste Nederlandse trainer met een titel in de Premier League. Daarnaast schaart hij zich in een kort lijstje met Nederlandse trainers met een titel in een van de vijf grote competities.
Slot koos in de kampioenswedstrijd voor drie Nederlanders in de basis: aanvoerder Virgil van Dijk, Ryan Gravenberch en Cody Gakpo. Laatstgenoemde liet zich al snel zien met een hoogstandje. Gakpo controleerde de bal uit een hoekschop en zijn halve omhaal ging naast.
Toen het 'You'll Never Walk Alone' had geklonken en het rood gekleurde Anfield zich in de voorjaarszon opmaakte voor een eerste doelpunt van de thuisploeg viel de eerste treffer aan de andere kant. Dominic Solanke (ex-Liverpool) kopte raak uit een hoekschop (0-1).
Even was Anfield stil, maar niet voor lang. Luis Díaz gleed vier minuten na de openingstreffer op aangeven van Dominik Szoboszlai de 1-1 binnen, al was er vanwege een vermoeden van buitenspel nog even wachten op de VAR-bevestiging van de goal.
Gakpo scoort en toont boodschap
Met deze stand was Liverpool virtueel kampioen en leek de druk eraf. Gakpo vond na goed werk van Gravenberch bij de tweede paal het net, maar werd afgefloten voor buitenspel. Na opnieuw goed werk van Gravenberch knalde Alexis Mac Allister de thuisploeg even later fraai op voorsprong: 2-1.
In de 34ste minuut was het opnieuw raak. Na een corner kregen de Spurs de bal niet weg, Gakpo speelde zich vrij en vond de verre hoek (3-1). Alsof de Oranje-international zich had voorbereid, vierde hij de goal door zijn shirt uit te doen en daaronder een shirt met de tekst 'I belong to Jesus' te tonen.
Gakpo kreeg voor zijn actie een ingecalculeerde gele kaart. De Eindhovenaar was na rust dicht bij een tweede goal, maar besloot na een combinatie door het midden niet zelf te scoren, maar af te leggen op Mohamed Salah. Dat had hij beter niet kunnen doen, want de Egyptenaar stond buitenspel.
Een goal van topscorer Salah ontbrak nog aan de feestwedstrijd. Daarop was het wachten tot de 63ste minuut. Toen scoorde de aanvaller na een counter met een schot in de korte hoek (4-1). Een tweede goal volgde bijna, maar Spurs-verdediger Destiny Udogie tikte de bal in eigen doel voordat Salah kon afwerken (5-1).
De fans begonnen in de slotfase al met vieren en lieten rode ballonnen over het veld op Anfield dwarrelen. Na het laatste fluitsignaal van de kampioenswedstrijd in stijl voor Slots Liverpool ging het helemaal los.
