有网友提到，我之前说服务业中可以创造出1000万报税师没价值，因为
1）全国缴纳个税人数只有6000万人，大部分人不交税。 你让1000万人服务6000万人，1个人服务6个？
2）实施个人报税制度后，很多同志，大部分网友可能不主动申报，根本不会请报税师。
我是这样看的，
首先，这个是系统工程，要改变人的观念，你比如有些老板给自己发1元工资，这个没有报税师监督，真是可以为所欲为，如果有个人自主申报，这个很容易判断出问题。富人收入非常多元，海外收入一大堆，都拿进来报税，这是多大一笔钱。
其次，我们也不是仅仅盯着富人，中产也有一大部分苦大仇深的，完全可以通过消费账单，来作为抵税依据，促进消费，避免两重征税，现在中产的收入是税后的，然后购买商品中，还包含消费税。也就是收了两次税。完全可以发给中产就是税前，然后中产消费。一年的税前 - 一年的消费 = 增值部分，对这个部分进行收税，你看群众的消费积极性是不是要提高。。
最后，我们也别老盯着富人和中产，他们毕竟人少，还有更广大的群众，没有工资性收入，但是有其他收入，比如房租收入，种地收入，卖艺收入，赶集收入，摆摊收入，只是没有一个单位而已，他们也有纳税的觉悟的，搞个报税师，就可以辅导他们报税了。。这部分钱不多，征收效率不高，但是也满足了广大群众建设祖国的意愿，多好。
综上，这样改革，税收人口可能就不是6000万，而是好几亿人了。。我建议实施群众自主报税，降低企业压力，解决二重征税问题，真正解决消费难的问题，谢谢。
