100% agree with this. It’s how I live my life now and I’m waaaay healthier. In fact doctors caused me more harm than good. Most people just don’t want to either take the time to do the work or they don’t want to take responsibility for their own health. Most will just blindly take a pill unfortunately.

Can anybody point me to a functioning Blastr relay?
I know of two, but they seem to be permanently inactive: wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com and wss://blastr.f7z.xyz
Is blastr still useful? Or is it considered “spammy” nowadays?
