A3 bei Obertshausen bleibt nach Unfallserie noch länger gesperrt
In einer Baustelle auf der A3 sind in der Nacht mehrere Lkw aufeinander gefahren. Es gab drei Verletzte. Zuvor war ein Sprinter in der Nachtbaustelle verunglückt. Die Autobahn dürfte bei Obertshausen für längere Zeit gesperrt bleiben. Auch auf der Gegenseite gab es Unfälle und Stau.

๑.กฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช ๒๕๖๐ มาตรา ๔๑ (๑) (๒) และวงเล็บอื่นหรือมาตราอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
๒.พระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๐ มาตรา ๙ มาตรา ๑๑ และมาตราอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ตามที่กรมควบคุมโรค ได้มีหนังสือที่ สธ ๐๔๐๒.๗/ว ๑๐๐๓ ลงวันที่ ๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๘
เรื่องการรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อกฎอนามัยระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ค.ศ.๒๐๒๔ นั้น
ทางกลุ่มแพทย์และจิตอาสาคนไทยพิทักษ์สิทธิ์เห็นว่าเรื่องดังกล่าว มีผลกระทบ ต่อสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานตามรัฐธรรมนูญ ของประชาชนไทย จำเป็นที่ภาครัฐต้อง มีความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินการเรื่องดังกล่าว การเปิดเผยข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานเรื่องดังกล่าวจึงเป็นสิ่งที่รัฐ พึงกระทำ อาศัย สิทธิตามรัฐธรรมนูญและ ตาม พระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ พุทธศักราช ๒๕๔๐
กลุ่มแพทย์และจิตอาสาคนไทยพิทักษ์สิทธิ์ ขอให้กระทรวงสาธารณสุขโดยมีกรมควบคุมโรคเปิดเผย ข้อมูลข่าวสารตามรายละเอียดดังนี้
🔸️๑.เอกสารโต้ตอบระหว่างกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยกรมควบคุมโรค กับองค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) ทุกฉบับ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานในเรื่อง กฎอนามัยระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ค.ศ.๒๐๒๔
🔸️๒.รายชื่อคณะกรรมการทุกกรรมการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพิจารณาดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับ กฎอนามัยระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ค.ศ.๒๐๒๔
🔸️๓.หนังสือสัตยาบัน ข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ บันทึกความเข้าใจ สัญญา เอกสารการให้ทุน หรือ เอกสารที่ระบุพันธะสัญญาใดๆ ระหว่างกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กับ องค์การอนามัยโลกในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ กฎอนามัยระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ค.ศ.๒๐๒๔
🔸️๔.รายนามบุคคลที่เป็นตัวแทนของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในการลงนามข้อผูกพัน ตามรายละเอียดในข้อ ๓
ทางกลุ่มแพทย์และจิตอาสาคนไทยพิทักษ์สิทธิ์ขอใช้สิทธิ์ตามกฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญ และพระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ
โดยขอคัดสำเนาหนังสือ และรับรองสำเนาถูกต้องของเอกสารดังกล่าวตามรายละเอียดข้างต้น
และเมื่อท่านได้รับหนังสือฉบับนี้แล้ว กรุณาแจ้งผลการพิจารณาโดยรวดเร็ว ภายในไม่เกิน ๗ วันทำการนับแต่วันที่ได้รับหนังสือฉบับนี้
อนึ่งหากท่านไม่ยินยอมเปิดเผยข้อมูลข้อหนึ่งข้อใดตามที่ขออาจเป็นการกระทำที่ขัดต่อกฏหมาย และแสดงให้เห็นว่าท่านมิได้ดำเนินงานตามหลักการบริหารบ้านเมืองที่ดี อันเป็นการแสดงเจตนาที่ไม่บริสุทธิ์และก่อให้เกิดข้อครหาในการดำเนินงานของท่านได้
