実際マイノリティであるLGBTとかの意見、ものすごく通ってますよね。農家だって国民の1%もいないのに、国民の食料を人質もできちゃうわけです。
それを考えると１%でもいいので、減税なり社会保険を基準に票を入れる人々がいれば、多くの政策に影響力を持てるということなんです
