That's definitely the worst thing to have to deal with.
I don't have any good advice other than charging a small fee (a few hundred sats/year) will keep out most of that kind of spammy garbage, and most people would be able to cover that as long as they are actually living the V4V ethos.
Or, you could go through the pain of whitelisting users manually. 😅 That doesn't scale well at all, but would solve most of the issue.
