为什么很多人在网络上会变得刻薄、暴戾？

我知乎会有很多非常不友好的评论，我一般都一笑了之，会解读为大V应该承受的。但是吧，我在别的平台几乎都是小透明号，习惯性会评论一些内容，发帖很少。
我会评论的大部分帖子，一般都是帖主求建议、求评价这类的，自己觉得评论区高赞没有太赞同的，所以会忍不住想发个评论。一般情况，大家都是小透明，而且这种也没啥利害冲突，跟帖主也无冤无仇，也不至于真的故意搞谁，哪怕确实好为人师的感觉（毕竟不好为人师谁去长篇大论给别人提意见），但也不至于不友善和故意找茬。
我会发现，我发表的此类评论，有赞同有反对，反对的人也有好好讲自己反对的理由的，但我也经常会收到非常恶意的攻击。类似于，“你一定没读过好大学”、“你这种人生活中一定不会过得很好的”等等之类的直接对我本人进行攻击的。
我最开始是非常意外的，也会再看看自己写的评论有什么好攻击的（如果确实是那种语气特别不友好的让人看不惯，我也能理解）。但是吧，网上小透明，身份都是自己给的，你这么怼我，我能输你？互怼起来，自证也是一套一套的。但是你会发现，你要真较真了，这些评论一般会转进式攻击你让你自证，从学历、人品、家庭、幸福程度、财富水平等等各方面不断转进。你要真跟着一路转进自证，那么最后又会给你扣个帽子，你好介意啊，你好优越啊，如何如何的。说白了，最开始的攻击就是带有恶意的，不会因为你的自证而停止。
我最开始，是真的完全无法理解。我不明白问题到底出在了哪里，这个网络到底怎么了，为什么戾气这么大。我只是一个小透明啊，至于这样吗？
后来，我才逐渐理解了。他们攻击的真实诉求是什么。比如你说，早上吃一个鸡蛋对身体好。他们的逻辑是，要先证明你是个烂人、loser、品质有问题、眼界不高、挣的少、过得不幸福，然后得出结论，你看吧，她说早上吃一个鸡蛋是错的，应该吃两个才好。
网上很多人对你的恶意攻击，只是为了反驳你的观点和看法，而且很可能就是反驳一个无关紧要也无需证明对错的观点。他们并不是对你这个同样虚拟的网络账号有恶意（我指的是那个小透明号），而是在他们眼里，这个路径就是正常的反驳你的观点的路径。
你说了一句话，我不赞同，我反驳的方式就是，我要先证明你这个人不行，所以你说的话自然是漏洞百出的。
他们大多在日常生活中也是遵循这个逻辑的，只是日常生活很难跟人就一个观念问题产生深入的争执，所以难以体现出来。
从来没人教过他们，如果你看到一个你不赞同的观点，你应该如何正确地进行反驳，或者说在他们脑子里，直接攻击你是个烂人、loser、人品差、赚的少、不幸福、注孤生等等，是更高效、更爽、更能被别人认可的反驳方式。
当然了，有非常多的刻薄和暴戾是毫无缘由的，就是为了上网宣泄。
我说的这种，更多的是抛开那些就是想上网抱团攻击辱骂找乐子宣泄情绪外，依旧存在很大一部分，默认“攻击=反驳”的人——他们生活也是习惯用攻击代替反驳的，同样他们也会认为，你反驳我就是在攻击我。在他们眼里，这两个本来就是一回事。他们一点也不双标，并不是在网上如此，现实中对自己的同事家人朋友配偶子女，也是这样的。他们父母反驳他们的方式就是打压他们幼稚不成熟，他们反驳父母的方式就是证明父母认知低下、思想落后，他们自然也是如此看待身边的人的。在他们看来，这种反驳模式就是天然正确的。
对于这个现实，我是无力改变的。但是，了解了这个现实，对自己的意义是，第一，让自己学会无视大部分此类恶意，因为这就是他们眼里“反驳”的标准流程，因此不会因为你的互怼和自证而停止。第二，更加谨慎维护自己的声誉，因为大众普遍上还是认可这种反驳方式的。当你这个人的人品真的出现了问题的时候，你的观点、能力、言论，就是会被很大程度削弱可信度。
