Unpopular opinion, maybe it’s not an opinion at all for others, but AI will always be behind to me until it knows how to properly calculate and cast an accurate astrology chart. It’s nowhere near the skill of experts and trained astrologers - which is work that also requires you to also be empathetic, self aware, but sometimes neutral… basically human.
I’m sure it’s the literal last thing these models will be learning and also astrology is passed off as the ultimate pseudoscience (not denying) rather than seen as a record of historical human effort involving a very specific activity throughout the centuries.
AI astrological interpretations are equivalent to modern day TikTok astrologers - rinse and repeat. There are hundreds and thousands of text that span across many countries and centuries, which are most likely already in the public domain, but largely ignored.
Sounds like another project for me 😂

You're right about needing a longer rest after a more intense set. Regarding how close to failure you need to train, I would say that it depends on your goals.
If you're aiming for muscle building or bodybuilding, then I would say to get to as close to failure as you can for at least the last set or 2. I would also say that if you're going past 12-15 reps, then you should increase the weight you're using.
If you're goal is strength/power, than I suggest to aim for no more than 3 reps in reserve unless you're trying to max out.
For general health, go for something closer to strength training.
Just be careful to not overtrain so that you can properly recover and reduce the risk of injury. Being self motivated is awesome, but not listening to your body is how you tear something.
